San Marco View Terrace Apartment R&R

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento bello e funzionale.

Contro: Poco visibile l’ingresso

Very central location, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooom/toilets, very friendly and helpful staff

Pro: Location is very central, they helped us with transport from Treviso airport (driver waiting at the exit, very comfortablye taxi ride and water taxi), we were contacted before with the explanation on how to check in, they answered all our questions before as well. Great apartment with all amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Wonderful terras. Beds were very comfortable. We could turn on the heating to have very warm rooms.

Contro: All was perfect.

Pro: It was a really nice apartment in a great location. Loved gorgeous view from the roof deck!!

Contro: I could not work their expresso machine. I even texted and took photos and sent to the management company while I was there. They need directions in their kitchen.

Pro: Emplacement super avec vue géniale depuis le roof top. Spacieux et bien équipé.

Contro: L'appartement est vieillissant ainsi que le mobilier. 2 chaises cassées, des canapés sales. Vraiment dommage.

Apartamento bonito

Pro: Las vistas desde la terraza son muy bonitas. El apartamento estaba limpio y cuidado. Está muy bien situado entre el Rialto y la plaza San Marcos.

Contro: Pedimos un juego de sábanas extras y no nos las trajeron. Para entrar tuvimos que esperar casi media hora a la persona que nos entregó las llaves.

Pro: Beautiful house with very unique vintage style. The room by the attic was perfect. The terrace was out of this world with a view of Venice. Every day I watched the sunrise and sunset. I already miss it :( The location is close to everything. I love that there 2 good bathrooms.

Contro: Check out was super strict. They literally came 9:45 AM for me to leave at 10:00 sharp. There was no flexibility whatsoever with the time. A There are 3 floors to go through so luggage was so hard to manage up and down because we had be bags.

Schöner Aufenthalt mitten in Venedig.

Pro: Die hervorragende Lage mitten in Venedig. Die damit verbundene Geräuschkulisse bis in den späten Abend gehört dazu. Das Appartement ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Dachterasse. Die Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und alles hat gut funktioniert. Wir waren bereits um 12:30 vor Ort und konnten in das Appartement.

Contro: Es war kein Korkenzieher zu finden, wir haben dann einen gekauft und dort gelassen. Schön wären noch Kerzen und ein kleines Licht für die Dachterasse gewesen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung an Ab- und Abreisetag, da muss man auf die Angebote verschiedener Geschäfte zurückgreifen. Am Abreisetag erschien pünktlich um 10:00 Uhr die Reinigungskraft und fing mit ihrer Arbeit an. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft gefragt, ob wir etwas später abreisen das sollte geprüft werden, aber es gab nie eine Antwort. Zusammengefasst: das in prinzipiell alles kein Problem, passt aber nicht zum Preis des Appartements.

Good find if you want action in Venice

Pro: The views from the terrace of this apartment were spectacular. If you want to be right in the middle of the tourist area the location is excellent. The property was also clean and the communication with host was good. The full kitchen and washer were very accommodating.

Contro: This apartment required several flights of stairs to get to. Although it was 2 bedrooms/2 baths, the second bedroom was in a loft and its bathroom on the first floor. You had to duck your head in the loft bedroom and all of us hit our head hard at least once. You had to climb a narrow metal staircase to get up to the loft bedroom, which we also hit our head on a couple times. There was no privacy between the bedrooms as a window adjoined them and you could hear even whispers. The set up would be ideal for a family with older children but awkward for two couples (as we had) or potentially unsafe for elderly. There is a manual that we needed to refer to several times to fix the heating (temperature) and hot water tank. We never figured out the tv but were rarely in the apartment to worry.
