Contro: sottolineo che ci sono scale strette, perchè in caso di molte valigie potrebbe essere scomodo

Contro: solo un’annotazione: ci sono molte scale per arrivare all’appartamento, da tenere presente in caso di bambini molto piccoli :-)

Absolutely excellent stay for an amazing price. Center of San Marcos!

Pro: The property was absolutely amazing! We paid less than the cost of one room in a hotel and received an entire apartment, with two separate rooms that could have slept 3+ people comfortably. The location is literally 5 minutes walk from San Marco Square. The only issue is that there wasn't an elevator, but we didn't mind the steps! Also the host sent us great recommendations for what to do and was very responsive when I couldn't get my key to work. Can't recommend this place enough! If I'm back in Venice I will book it again.

Contro: The only downside is that there was no elevator and wouldn't be good for people with physical limitations.

Pro: I really liked the location—everything worth visiting was nearby. The apartment had plenty of space, the hosts were communicative, and the atmosphere was very cozy.

Contro: At first, it was quite chilly because the heating boiler was stuck. The hosts sent a YouTube link with instructions on how to restart it. If I had been traveling without my husband, it would have been quite difficult to do on my own.

Pro: Great location in the middle of things. Roomy, great facilities. Host helped me with booking water taxis, suggestions for things to do.

Contro: The stairs up are steep, but I was helped up with my luggage by the host.

Pro: Location was amazing. Plenty of information before our arrival. Shown around the apartment to make sure we knew where everything was. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Well equipped kitchen. Air con was lovely!

Contro: Nothing - would definitely recommend and return if we were coming back to Venice.

Apartment had everything we needed and was in a wonderful central location, close to St Marks square.

Pro: Great apartment and a top central location. Owners/managers were very easy to communicate and very helpful. Met us on time and guided us to the property as arranged.

Fantastic location, great sized apartment

Pro: Fantastic location so close to Piazza San Marco, with easy access to many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was a great size for our family of 5, furnished well and beautifully presented with plenty of supplies like dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and toilet paper. Cristina was a wealth of knowledge about the area and gave great suggestions for things to do and where to eat.

Contro: The top room was difficult to access, even for our kids aged 12 and 13. It would definitely suit younger children better. The climb up to the top floor to access the apartment was somewhat difficult but made easier with only having backpacks, it would be awkward with large suitcases.

Pro: Absolutely brilliant central location to walk everywhere. Comfortable for our family, we hope to return.
