Appartamento in posizione strategica

Pro: Appartamento in posizione strategica vicinissima a P.zza S. Marco e anche ad un piccolo supermercato e a tantissimi ristoranti, indicato per avere un punto di appoggio per visitare il cuore di Venezia.

Contro: Alcune dotazioni della cucina soprattutto le pentole andrebbero cambiate perché ormai usurate dall'uso

Pro: Appartamento in posizione centrale a due passi da San Marco, pulitissimo e confortevole

Bellissima vacanza

Pro: Ottima la posizione, molto accogliente l'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort. Martina gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Contro: Come ogni alloggio che si trova in centro e come succede in ogni grande città la rumorosità soprattutto la notte è lo scotto che si paga se si vuole stare a due passi da tutti i servizi. Ne eravamo consapevoli!!

Pro: We were extremely happy with our stay. We had everything we need. Location is superb. Martina the host was fantastic. Brilliant at communication and was always ready to help.

Contro: Just a few suggestions that might help with improvements, *Dining table is a bit wobbly *Sofa bed needs an upgrade - slight back pain. The mattress in the main room is heaven though *Mozzies are brutal in this lovely apartment (unfortunately)

This is a great place to stay. Martina is very helpful and responsive.

Pro: This property is in an excellent location. We stayed here during the carnival so it was ideal. The instructions for how to get here and the information regarding getting into the property were super clear. The accommodation was very spacious. It was great for family with two children. There were useful facilities such as WiFi, a large smart tv, washing machine and tumble dryer, shower gel, fairy liquid etc

Contro: There was not a lot that we didn’t like. It was value for money.

Pro: Comfortable, homely and secure accommodation in a traditional building very close to San Marco. Excellent support from manager throughout our stay.

Pro: Great Apartment. Best location close to everything. Very clean and functional. Perfect for a few nights in Venice. Great communication from the host. Fully recommend.

Best place in center Veneza

Pro: It was an awesome experience, right in the center of Venice, and from a walking distance to major places. The apartment has a really nice size, the main bedroom is very big, the bed is comfy, lots of pillows, the heater also works really well. I'll definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and communicative, always ready to answer os questions and help us.

Contro: There is room for improvements, the bathroom has a really bad smell, I think it comes from the drains, so it needs to be closed all the time, or the smell will spread. Also, the sound insulation wasn't very good. Being in a central place like this means there will be people around all the time, and you can hear people talking from inside easily. Despite this our stay was very good and I'll be back.

Great place to stay, thoroughly recommend

Pro: Great communication from the owner before arrival, no issues getting in. She was easy to contact on WhatsApp and very helpful. The apartment is well appointed, well stocked, spacious and comfortable. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby.
