Pro: Tutte perfetto , in pieno centro vicino a tutto l’unica cosa consiglio un tappeto al ingresso per chi sta senza scarpe in casa si scivola e siamo scivolati sia io che i bambini abbiamo dovuto stare scalzi , del resto non ho altro da aggiungere pulizia perfetta appartamento perfetto posizione perfetta

relaxing Venice

Pro: location is very convenient. heater is working fine. kitchen is well equiped, we went wet market to buy scampi and cook in the room. A good experience and fresh food cooked in house just salt n pepper with butter . I would recommend it and had vrry nice resturant just few steps away.

Contro: the stairs which is kind of unavoidable since we chosen air bnb stay instead of hotel.

Location in the city is sensational, appartment is spacy.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful staff. They reacted perfectly, fast, and positiv to our comments on the situation in the appartement.

Pro: Super Lage. Sehr große Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und schön. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Pro: Отличное расположение-1 минута до Сан Марко, комфортные апартаменты, прекрасное сочетание современного комфорта и элементов старины в интерьерах, теплые, отличная звукоизоляция, очень гостеприимные сотрудники, нам позволили заселится пораньше.

Contro: Мыло в ванной и средства для мытья посуды были разбавлены, хотелось бы , чтобы такого не было

Pro: Super Lage der Wohnung. Sie ist nur rund 80 Meter vom Markusplatz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet, eine gute Mischung aus alt und neu. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in Venedig und kommen gerne wieder.

Contro: Echt helemaal niks. Zelfs toen de waterkoker onverwacht defect raakte werd direct aangeboden deze te vervangen. Echt super service.

Great accommodation in a fab location

Pro: The property is in an amazing location, a stone’s throw from San Marco. The decor is a stylish mix of old and new. The apartment is really spacious. There is a cute little window seat nook which is a great place to watch the world go by with a drink in hand.

Contro: Nothing! Definitely recommend.

The apartment is gorgeous and in a perfect location, but not easy to and from the airport.

Pro: The location was absolutely perfect. It's very close to San Marco square, but just enough off that it's not noisy. It's a spacious apartment. The air conditioning was a dream because it was very hot in Venice while we were there in July. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast (coffee maker, plug in kettle for tea, etc...). Also -- upon our arrival, we were met at the dock by a very friendly and helpful host. She provided excellent recommendations.

Contro: The only slight challenge that we weren't expecting -- transportation from the airport takes a long time. We took the recommended Alilaguna boat. From the airport the boat ride to the recommended stop was an hour fifteen minutes. Another option would have been a private water taxi, but that would have been way more expensive (our boat ride one way was $16 per person, $64 total, for 4 of us and the private water taxi was quoted as close to $300).
