Una casa da consigliare

Pro: Posizione fantastica vicino a tutto ma allo stesso tempo fuori dalle zone più incasinate. Casa molto bella e funzionale. A due passi bar, ristorante-pizzeria, mini-market, frutta e verdura, panificio, insomma tutto per vivere al meglio il soggiorno.

Appartamento funzionale

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso. Quartiere tranquillo vicino all'Arsenale e a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza S.Marco. C'è un supermercato molto vicino.

Contro: Nella zona non ci sono molti ristoranti. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi di rinnovamento.

Pro: Atmosfera accogliente e curata. Ottima posizione e gentilissimo il benvenuto.

Best choice is Venice

Pro: The flat itself is much more beautiful than on the photos. Very stylish, big and cozy. It was clean, wifi worked well. San Marco square is really close, appr 10 mins walk but despite this flat is not located in the very popular tourist area, which is a huge advantage. We liked it so much!!! Daniella, the host is really nice, very easy to communicate with her.

Pro: Our stay at Loft Ca'Drasi was perfect. The home itself was comfortable and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were top-notch—from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces. The location is nestled in a quiet yet central neighborhood that felt peaceful and offered a true taste of local life.

Quiet location for someone that wants to enjoy a traditional Venetian locale

Pro: Lovely quiet location, great cafe around the corner, food shops and other useful things. It feels like a local area.

Really nice and cozy stay, accessible to almost everything by walking

Pro: The place was a really nice two floor loft. Climbing the stairs with luggage was a small challenge but obviously, that's expected everywhere in Europe. The place was fitted with all the requirements of modern usage and was walking distance to almost everywhere, be it water taxis or main sightseeing attractions. The host was amazing and really responsive; we were sent the detailed information about how to reach the place from Venice airport, which was really helpful.

Contro: The check in time was only till 7 in the evening and after that a late fee was to be applied. Luckily we reached before 7 so never had to deal with the details of it but it was slightly stressful due to the timing restriction. In all fairness, it was informed in advance; still as a tourist, things can change due to multiple reasons, thus flexible timings would be more comfortable.

Pro: Perfect location, away from the chaos of the Grand Canal but close enough to enjoy the atmosphere.
