Ottima posizione di un affascinante appartamento dal sapore storico

Pro: Appartamento a carattere storico, ben ristrutturato, ben dotato e pulito. Ottima la posizione, inserito in un quartiere meno turistico ma di pregio per i vari locali tipici e a soli 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco.

Contro: Essendo a pian terreno è poco luminoso ma è affascinante la vicinanza al canale.

Brilliant find

Pro: Excellent canal view and place has a lot of character and charm. We were 4 adults and did not have any problem as the beds are all comfortable. The stairs to the mezzanine is bit tight but still good.

Contro: Could have been cleaner. Somehow the floor felt a bit dirty.

Pro: A really charming home! We loved it! The interior design is so beautiful! But it needs to be repaired in the section where it leaks in the living room in a rainy day, because it was all flooded when we arrived and we had to mop it ourselves. Also the Wi-fi router has to be replaced with a new one, this one is old and it doesn't work.

Pro: excellent location, very easy to find, the host Carlos is attentive to his guests, he allowed us to store our suitcases before check-in, the apartment is very quiet, I would definitely return

Perfect space for our quick visit

Pro: We stayed here as a group of 4 (2 couples) just for one night and it was perfect. Carlo the host was super helpful and responsive to messages. The flat is spacious for a city centre location, and really unique. Check-in was really easy, beds were comfortable, and bathroom has recently been renovated with nice shower.

Contro: We liked everything, my only builds would be that it might be great to add some wine glasses and a kettle to the kitchen (but boiling water in a pan was easy enough). The apartment is dark even in daytime but I’m sure that’s wonderful to keep cool in the summer, and there’s so much to get out and see in Venice no need to spend too much time in the apartment!

Pro: Apartments location verry good, its calm, near san marco basilica.

Contro: The smell of dampness and cold

Pro: This was a lovely place to stay. A lot of features to love. Traditional Venetian resistance, high ceilings with timber beams, amazing window to the canal and a modern bathroom, what we loved. Short stroll to the St. Marco as well as access to the boat stations. Plenty of of appliances and utensils. Very close to Italian restaurants such as Taverna Scalinetto, which was authentic Italian.

Contro: Nil!

Pro: Apartamentul este foarte bine pozitionat totul foarte aproape si foarte multă liniște. Din sufragerie vezi canalul din venetia este superb Fier de călcat,căldură,masina de spalat,uscator,farfurii,pahare,cesti de cafea,tacâmuri. A fost frumos ! Voi mai revevi sigur !

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo łatwy dojazd z lotniska Treviso, apartament zlokalizowany dosłownie 5 min od wodnej taxowki, zapewniono wszystko, czego było nam trzeba :) Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który odpowiada na każde pytanie o zawsze służy pomocą. Wejście na antresolę jest dość strome, więc lepiej żeby spał tam ktoś niższy, żeby sobie czoła nie uszkodził 😁 no i mieszkanie jest dosyć ciemne, ale to również ma swój klimat :) Dodatkowo widok na kanał też robi robotę :) Ogólnie zdecydowanie polecamy i na pewno wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Wenecji :)

Contro: Akurat trafiliśmy na bardzo duże upały, więc większy rezultat zdałaby klimatyzacja, niż wiatraki, ale to już czepianie się :)

Ventanal con vistas al Canal

Pro: Del alojamiento me gustó el ventanal mirando al Canal, y los libros que tenía en sus estanterías.

Contro: Me hubiera gustado que el anfitrión hubiera sido un poco más simpático con nosotros y nos preguntara que tal nos había ido en el alojamiento.Ya que nos lo encontramos cuando nos íbamos.
