Struttura comoda vicino a Piazza San Marco
Pro: Proprietari estremamente gentili, ci han fatto trovare tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, posizione comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del vaporetto e a 10 minuti da piazza San Marco

Pro: L'accoglienza, Elisa disponibile da subito, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni come arrivare e ci ha aspettato alla fermata del vaporetto. L'appartamento grande come nella descrizione e comodo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni.

Pro: Accoglienza, pulizia, posizione dell'appartamento in una zona vera/popolare di Venezia, fuori dal frastuono del circuito prettamente turistico, ampiezza dei locali, la struttura ti fa sentire come a casa
Contro: Non è una critica ma un consiglio: suggerirei di cambiare i guanciali del letto matrimoniale che risultano un po' scomodi e sostituire qualche pentola e padella leggermente logori per rendere la vs. offerta perfetta

una vacanza bellissima!
Pro: la casa è deliziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. La signora Elisa è di una gentilezza incredibile, ci è venuta a prendere alla fermata del vaporetto e ci ha accompagnato alla casa. ci ha anche dato ottimi suggerimenti per le gite da fare. ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa e abbiamo trascorso delle giornate splendide!

Pro: Buona posizione, vicino S.Marco ma molto tranquillo. Appartamento comodo, spazioso e in zona silenziosa. Pulito ed ordinato. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per consigli.

Pro: Very pleasant apartment with all necessary amenities, clean and spacious, located perfectly minutes away from Arsenale water bus stop. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. There were European breakfast items supplied for the duration of our stay (croissants, toast, butter, jam, nutella, milk, eggs, juices), fresh towels and toiletries. Small balcony over the canal stole our hearts!

Great stay in beautiful Venice
Pro: Great quiet location with a balcony overlooking the canal. Elisa was a wonderful host, met us with the keys and provided some breakfast food and coffee for us which was an unexpected surprise
Contro: The only issue was there was no corkscrew

Soggiorno perfetto
Pro: Beautiful, fully equipped accommodation in perfect location to access highlights whilst being nestled away out of the crowded tourist areas. Nearby restaurants were authentic and patronised by locals. Being provided with breakfast foods for the duration of our stay was very welcome. Our hosts kindly met us at a local vaporetto stop with umbrellas and escorted us to the apartment, showed us all of the amenities and delighted the kids with small gifts. Guide books were available to borrow and we didn’t need to use the umbrellas again!!! Venice is the kind of destination it’s possible to visit time and again, and we would choose to stay at Casa Pergoletto again. Graziie.
Contro: We had a leak from under the bath which we reported to our hosts. Showers were fine.

Great place for stay
Pro: Great big flat. Kitchen is well equipped. Prefect for staying in a big group of people.
Contro: There were lots of ants all around the kitchen. We didn’t really cooked, but if we should’ve cook it would be unpleasant to have ants all around our food

Excellent stay. The canal view from the apartment was awesome.
Pro: The hostess Elisa was very communicative, gave very clear instructions on how to arrive, which boat to take. She waited for us at the boat station, and took us to her apartment. This was extremely nice, had she not come to the boat station, we would have a very difficult time to find the location of the apartment. She was very sweet to leave us some gifts. After checkin she showed us all the important places we should visit, and also gave us clear instructions on how to get back to airport during our return. I highly recommend her home for stay.
Contro: The pots and pans were not in great condition. Many did not have lids. Would be great to update the cooking utensils.
