Una bella casa per vivere qualche giorno come un vero Veneziano.

Pro: Posizione comoda, a metà strada tra la Stazione ed il Ponte di Rialto. Quartiere tranquillo, meno turistico di altri e con tutti i servizi, incluso un comodo supermercato a due passi. Possibilità di visitare Chiese e zone popolari senza bisogno di superare folle di turisti. Nella casa troviamo stanze grandi, ambienti ariosi ed una cucina fornita di tutto. Letti comodi e due grandi armadi per riporre le cose durante il soggiorno.

Splendida struttura

Pro: La posizione dell' appartamento è comoda, perché e vicino sia alla stazione che a tutti i luoghi che si possono visitare . Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile ad accogliere tutte le eventuali richieste, la casa è molto grande e comoda, assolutamente da consigliare

Contro: Unico neo non imputabile al posto sono le zanzare.. per il resto meravigliosa struttura

Nice apartment in a good area.

Pro: Wonderful apartment in a nice area of Venice, central but quiet. Apartment had everything we needed, great air conditioning, clean and a good size. Claudia was very helpful and gave clear instructions.

Contro: Would be nice if there was some salt, oil and coffee. A washing machine would have made it perfect but we were able to use a laundromat nearby.

Highly reccomend

Pro: Amazing location, pretty quiet but close to everything. The host was amazing at communication and helped out whenever we needed it. The aircon was amazing!

Comfortable and convenient.

Pro: Great location, tucked away from the bustle of the main Venice streets, but with supermarket, cafe and restaurants just round the corner. We were travelling through Italy as a family (2+2) and my daughter voted this the best apartment that we stayed in on our trip - high praise indeed!

Pro: The location of the accommodation was excellent, the surroundings were quiet, and the interior layout of the house was also very good. Thanks to this, we were able to rest well and sleep comfortably during our trip. Having a supermarket right next door was also very convenient.

Contro: There were several issues. The TV was not working, and the hairdryer was also broken. In addition, the frying pan was in an unusable condition, and the cutting board was also not suitable for use. Both the frying pan and cutting board need to be replaced with new ones. Mold removal is necessary in the shower, and the drainage problem also needs to be addressed.

Well equipped apartment in quiet area.

Pro: The apartment is well equipped. There is everything you need. The location is quiet, grocery shop just around the corner. Claudia is really great host, she was available anytime.

Great stay!

Pro: The location is great. Claudia is lovely and very attentive. Also, double bed is very comfy and house was well heated for being November and very cold outside! Right next to it there is a supermarket, which is very convenient.

Pro: Everything went well, the owner was in touch, good location, helpful hostess, clean and cozy

Pro: Good location, easy check in with flexibility for arrival. Excellent communication. Apartment was light, clean, updated with a good bathroom.
