Pro: A secret Venetian oasis! The beds was so good we briefly considered never going home, just melting into the mattresses forever. The space quietly tucked away our days in perfect comfort, like Venice is just outside the door but you would never know … you can step outside to the middle of Venetian life and gelato or sneak back to relax in comfort. And the host? A friendly ghost—never seen, always there—appearing instantly with spot-on advice of restaurant or activities at the ding of a text. Pure magic.

Pro: L'appartement est exceptionnel, parfaitement propre, très bien aménagé, très grand et décoré avec beaucoup de gout! Le confort et le silence sont absolus! Très bien placé dans le quartier typique de Venise, proche de tout et très bien desservi pour visiter toute la ville. Un petit patio est un grand plus. Eleonora est très réactive et toujours prête à aider, adorable. Il n'y est pas assez de mots pour décrire à quel point notre séjour dans cet appartement a été super! Allez y les yeux fermés
Contro: Tous les 4, nous avons eu le sentiment d'être chez nous, mais il a fallu partir tout de même... P.S. Peut-être un saladier et un récipient pour faire un grand café pour tout le monde en même temps :)

Excelent! Locatie ideala pentru city break
Pro: Apartamentul este ideal compartimentat. Cele 2 dormitoare sunt izolate, fiecare cu baia proprie. Curtea interioara este intima si foarte placuta. Apartamentul este dotat cu absolut orice ai putea avea nevoie, iar designul este de bun gust. Pernele si saltele foarte confortabile, astfel incat somnul sa fie cat mai odihnitor. Distanta fata de zona centrala f usor de parcurs: 10 min pana la podul Rialto si aproximativ 15 pana in piata San Marco

Pro: La ubicación. Estaba muy céntrico, cerca de Rialto pero era una zona muy tranquila. Las camas eran confortables, la cocina bien equipada . Es un apartamento ideal para 4 personas, con dos habitaciones y dos baños modernos.

Pro: Nagyon jó helyen van. Nagyszerű a kis kert hozzá, bár ez inkább nyáron kiváló. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész. A tulajdonos még a szemetet is rendezte, nem nekünk kellett a kukás hajót keresni. A felszereltség megegyezik a megjelöltekkel. Nagyon tiszta az egész lakás. A jakudzzis szoba kiemelkedő. Minden közel van, vaparetto, élelmiszer bolt, pék, pizzázók, Rialto, Piazza San Marco, stb. Tökéletes.
Contro: Nem volt olyan. (Első nap még hiányzott a mikro, de másnapra már megszoktuk. Anélkül is mindent meg lehetett könnyen oldani a konyhában.)

La magie de Venise dans un confort mieux qu’à la maison !
Pro: L’espace est effectivement grand, bien agencé car les chambres ( avec chacune leur salle de bain privative) sont de chaque côté de la cuisine/ pièce à vivre. On ne se gêne pas, on peut se lever et se coucher à des heures différentes. Le tout est très bien chauffé ( séjour fait en janvier) . La cour privée est adorable , aucune nuisance sonore là ou dans la maison. Cuisine très bien équipée où on a pu préparer nos emplettes faites au marché du Rialto juste à côté. Car oui, l’emplacement est central , parfait ! L’arrêt du vaporetto juste à côté. Et cerise sur le gâteau, Eleonora est très professionnelle et répond très vite aux questions !

A nice apartment in a quiet part of town that is near a vaporetto stop.
Pro: The apartment was well appointed. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Having a washer was a plus. We loved the heated floors. The courtyard was nice and would have been great had we stayed there in warmer weather (January is just cold).
Contro: It would have been nice to have a microwave, although the kitchen was well equipped. A warning; entry into the bath tub can be slippery, be careful.

Cómodo, céntrico y tranquilo alojamiento.
Pro: Apartamento muy nuevo y con habitaciones amplias (sobre todo una de ellas) e independientes, con su cuarto de baño. La localización estaba bien, en una calle muy tranquila pero bastante céntrico de todo. Propietario contestó siempre de manera muy rápida e incluso se acercaron para un problema que tuvimos con la calefacción.
Contro: Algo complicado de entender el funcionamiento de la calefacción. Unas instrucciones previas serían aconsejables para complementar el resto de información que se da en avance sobre el check-in.
