Pro: Absolutely gorgeous place, all amenities one could need, and the most beautiful rooftop to both start and finish the day!!

Pro: Excellent location and well equipped flat - one thing to bear in mind if you are considering to book: if you are large/tall/big you will find the flat and its access somewhat challenging: steep stairs/narrow staircase, limited space in bathroom, low ceiling around the edges of the flat. Otherwise all very nice!

A fabulous stay in a really good apartment in a great location. Awesome!

Pro: Great communication from Nicole as to when the keys would be available. Great space in a nice, quiet location yet so close to all the sights. The roof terrace is absolutely gorgeous. We sat up there with a couple of drinks at night and on our last night even had a meal up there. A magical way to end our trip to Venice.

Contro: There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment but that was expected and is only really an issue on arrival with the suitcases. There was nothing about the apartment we didn’t like and would recommend to anyone.

Contro: Salle de bain exiguë

Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt um das Leben in der Stadt kennenzulernen. Einkaufen für den tgl. Bedarf, Shoppen, Gastronomie, näher geht’s nicht. Auch wenn die Unterkunft relativ klein ist, das Bad etwas eng, es ist alles da was man braucht und die Dachterrasse ist sowieso das Highlight. Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt, einfach genial! Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos, sehr freundlich und auch Zwischenanfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder… 🤗

Studio de charme à 7 minutes du Rialto

Pro: Le studio est au quatrième étage sous les toits, mais les étages ne sont pas très hauts donc ce n'est pas trop pénible d'accéder au studio. Il est bien éclairé par 3 fenêtres donnant vue sur les toits et le clocher de San Polo. La terrasse sur le toit est fabuleuse, mais nous n'en avons guère profité à cause du froid de cette mi-mars. Le chauffage est efficace. Le studio est bien équipé, très calme et agéable.

Contro: Le lit se déplace facilement pour éviter de se cogner à la poutre, mais, du coup, on ne peut pas adosser la tête pour lire au lit. La position du lit pourrait être plus agréable. La pression de l'eau étant trop faible, il est très délicat de régler la douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude.

Pro: Bon emplacement, dans un quartier tranquille. L'appartement était bien propre et l'hôte très serviable. Le toit terrasse en revanche un peu petit, et pas très facile d'accès. Juste pour boire un verre.

Venedig mit Aussicht

Pro: Tolle Lage mitten im alten Teil Venedigs mit Geschäften, Bäcker, Restaurants, Vaporetto- Station und Bars in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse.

Contro: Alles gut. Es liegt im vierten Stock und natürlich muss man dort durch ein schmales Treppenhaus hoch.
