Pro: Posizione ottima, casa spaziosa e accogliente. Bagno grande e moderno. Host Luca molto disponibile, ci ha accolti all'arrivo del vaporetto. Il giorno del check out abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie fino al pomeriggio in quanto non erano in arrivo nuovi ospiti.

Elegante casa, spaziosa e confortevole.

Pro: La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che può rendere piacevole un soggiorno: biancheria in quantità, stoviglie, mobilio. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di prosecco.

Pro: Beautifully maintained All amenities available for tourists Lots of information about local attractions, restaurants and activities Luca was super helpful from start to finish. He gave us essential information about navigating the Vaporettos to travel from train station to the property, and met us when we got off the water taxi. As a host, he is perfecto!! The location of the property is excellent - walking distance to St Mark’s square and Rialto bridge, with lovely tavernas and pizzerias close by. You don’t need to consider anywhere else if you’re visiting Venice!!

Contro: Nil - it is perfect

Pro: An excellent, large and clean appartement with everything you need : air conditioning in each room, hot water at every hour, WiFi, TV, looots of towells 😊, window blinds, fully equipped kitchen, perfect bathroom and perfect matresses 😊!! It's perfect for families as well as for couples, it's in a very quiet and nice area and veeery close to San Marco. Luca is the greatest host we've ever met!! He is so friendly and helped us with all the info, he even picked up from vaporetto station 🙏 Thank you Luca for all your help and for welcoming us with cold water and Prosecco!!😊👏❤️ We cherished your home as if it was our home and we felt like home!!! See you soon!!

Pro: super traditional Venetian apartment. We loved that it was just outside the tourist area. it was so very quiet at all times of day and night. we could completely relax when back in the apartment. Luca was a super host, always on hand with advice and recommendations.

Pro: Lovely quiet location, incredible host who was always available with information and advice about Venice.

Perfect apartment to explore Venice with a great host.

Pro: The location of the property was perfect for exploring Venice, and also away from the busy centre. Two separate bedrooms were really good. Luca was a fantastic host, he met us from the Alilaguna and provided us with local tips to make the most of our stay in Venice.

Wonderful! Beautiful apartment, helpful and welcoming owner/host, would stay there again!

Pro: Stunning apartment in a very quiet area. As others have said, it is an area still occupied by locals and it was a privilege to stay there. Luca was a fantastic host, he even came to meet us at the water bus station so he could show us how to get to the apartment which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend.

Contro: Nothing! Just one thing to be aware of and it’s something that can’t be helped is that there is no lift if you have luggage so luggage has to be carried up the stairs to the apartment - but this is only a minor inconvenience and can’t be changed due to restrictions on altering the property which is understandable!
