Bellissimo soggiorno
Pro: Stanza molto carina e confortevole, con bagno in camera. Tutto pulito, a disposizione prodotti per il bagno e asciugamani. Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla stazione di Mestre, comoda per raggiungere Venezia.
Contro: Non c'è il bidet

Contro: La posizione vicinissima alla stazione è ottima ma i personaggi che girano nei pressi della struttura lasciano perplessi anche se non abbiamo avuto problemi

Pro: La camera è spaziosa e l'host molto gentile. Le prese e gli interruttori vicino al letto sono comodissimi. Potete usufruire della cucina (frigo compreso), caffè e tea a disposizione, comodissimo per la colazione. La posizione è fantastica.
Contro: Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un set da bagno completo, cioè asciugamano grande, viso e bidet.

Pro: Ms Ting is an amazing host. We were in Venice during the strikes. All trains were cancelled. Not only did she let us keep our bags in her place for extra time, she also helped book a cab for us and gave us an extra bottle of water before we left since our train was delayed. Location: great! Close to everything and lots of eateries around. Host: amazing hospitality and very helpful. Very kind. Room: very clean, bathroom is bigger than all the other places we booked in Italy

Pro: A wonderful apartment with a cozy atmosphere and a convenient location. The nearest bus stop is 300 meters away. The journey to Venice takes no more than 15 minutes. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the Interspar supermarket and about 10 minutes to Venezia Mestre train station. The neat building with an elevator is located on a quiet street. The apartment has a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need. The room itself is very clean, fresh, and bright. The private bathroom also has all the necessary toiletries. A large window and a balcony with flowers create a great mood. The very friendly owners greet you upon arrival. They live in the neighboring apartment and you might occasionally run into them in the kitchen. Thank you for the pomegranate, water, and cappuccino! It was very much appreciated!

Pro: The host was extremely helpful, and the room had everything we needed, even small details like a SIM card ejector pin were thoughtfully provided. Very attentive and made for a truly pleasant stay!

Great place to stay!
Pro: We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We had the whole apartment to ourselves which included 2 bedrooms, which were large in size, 1 bathroom - appropriate in size and a kitchen - very well appointed. The location is near the mestre train station (around 5 - 8 mins walk), from where we took the train to the St Lucia train station (the main station to visit the attractions of Venice). There were many restaurants near the apartment as well. There was a huge Spar within 5 mins walking distance. The host were kind as well and left us water bottles in the fridge on our arrival, which was great and really appreciated.
Contro: The area in which the apartment is not an affluent area (but that's nothing that host can do about). 2ndly, I would suggest to have a separate apartment key (not indiviual room keys) when renting out the whole apartment. Indiviual room key works if renting out indiviual rooms, but if the whole apartment is being rented out, then there should apartment keys.
