Appartamento nuovo e super attrezzato

Pro: Appartamento grande, pulito ed attrezzato. Appena ristrutturato e molto ben curato. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti dal centro di Venezia e dall’aeroporto. Abbiamo raggiunto piazzale Roma in bus in 10 minuti con fermata vicinissima alla casa. Proprietari gentili e premurosi.

Best place to stay with family during trip to Venice.

Pro: One of the best places we stayed during our trip with family of six. Convinient parking, comfortable apartments with working A/C in each room and great furniture. Host is very lovely and helpful. Busses to Venice are coming around every ~20 minutes and trip there take about same time, so location is also great. There are several restaurants nearby and Lidl for grocery.

Pro: We stayed at the apartment two families. The place was very clean and spacious. Everything is new and modern inside. The beds are very comfortable. The fact that it has 2 bathrooms, life saving for large groups like ours (4 adults, 4 kids). Martina is very friendly and helpful, she provided us with a lot of information about our stay. The apartment is in a very quiet area, close to the bus station and about15 minutes to Venice by bus.

Contro: It is on the third floor with no lift. It wasn't a problem for our group although we had 4 kids with us but maybe for someone older or with problem in knees it might not be very convenient.

Pro: Sve pohvale vlasnici Martini na dobroj komunikaciji i svim savjetima koje smo dobili od nje...Apartman se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra jako dobra povezanost gradskim prijevozom...za 15 minuta ste autobusom do centra Apartman je bio jako udoban i jako čist...Predivni mladić Carlo sin od vlasnice nas je dočekao tako srdačno i sve nam objasnio ,te nam pomogao i kofere donijeti u apartman...uglavnom sve pohvale i preporucamo ovaj apartman..

Contro: Sve je bilo odlicno

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, bus stop was close to get us to Venice.

Pro: Well stocked with coffee, tea, kitchen supplies, clean and spacious. Owner very receptive.

Contro: On 3rd floor with no elevator for our luggage - however her son biked over to help us and walk us through the amenities

Perfektní ubytování. Milí a vstřícní majitelé. Vřele doporučuji.

Pro: Nádherné prostorné ubytování, naprosto čisté, dva balkony, dvě koupelny, umístění v klidné lokalitě se zelení, kde bydlí místní, parkování ve dvoře, blízko se nachází zastávka směr Benátky, cesta trvá cca 10 minut, vstřícná a milá paní majitelka i její syn.

Pro: Todo impecable. Equipado completamente con todo lo necesario. La limpieza impecable también. Fácil acceder a Venecia. Su anfitriona súper amable y accesible. Es más lindo que en las fotos publicadas!

Contro: Solo que para acceder, como en muchos lugares de Italia, es por escalera. Pero sin problemas.
