Pro: Posizione comodissima. 10 minuti di autobus dall'areoporto e 10 da Venezia. Proprietari reattivi per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Appartamento molto pulito!

Fabulous Place and Hosts

Pro: Location is absolutely perfect, very convenient for the airport and ghe city. There is a direct bus that will take you in both directions just a 5 minute walk from the property, and the service is very regular and reliable. I loved this property and location for that reason, and would stay there again whenever I'm in Venice.

Contro: Inside the place is fairly basic, but I believe this is reflected in the price, it is still great value. The decor isn't luxurious, but sufficient and exceptionally clean, spotless in fact, which is very important to me.

It was perfect time !

Pro: All it was perfect ! Easy public transport, beautiful area and many things to see.

Staying in this appartment allowed us to truly relax and feel the spirit of Venice.

Pro: The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning was a cherry on top of relaxing in such a beautiful city as Venice. The apartment was expectionally clean and neat.

A great option for your stay close to Venice!

Pro: Great experience overall! A very clean house, newly renovated, with lots of facilities. The hosts were very kind, responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is coffee and tea available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the bus station is only 5 minutes walk. You can get to Venice city by bus in 10 minutes. Also, there is a supermarket (lidl) 10 minutes walk away from the house, a restaurant and also a bakery.

Contro: If I had to say one thing that could be improved is that the apartment is not soundproofed so you can hear the neighbors. But it’s minor comparing to everything else!

Great stay, would definitely return and recommend :)

A great apartment in a convenient location

Pro: Apartment in a separate building next to hosts' house. Convenient location for public transport to Venice or Marco Polo airport. The apartment was very clean, had great kitchen equipment and air conditioning. Everything worked very well!

Pro: Logement confortable, propre et bien équipé. Le bus à 5mn à pieds pour aller à l aéroport en 10mn d un côté et à Venise de l autre côté en 20mn. Hôtes réactifs aux messages.

Contro: Pas de bus le soir du 31 décembre pour aller à Venise.

Per repetir algún dia

Pro: Excel•lent comunicació amb els propietaris, abans, durant i després de l'estada. Apartament espaiós per a dues persones. TV Smart. Cuina amb estris, càpsules Nespresso, oli, sucre... Matalàs comfortable. A minuts de la parada del bus que porta al centre en 10 minuts, i amb una altra parada a 5 minuts que connecta amb l'aeroport en 15 minuts. Zona de cases unifamiliars aparentment molt tranquila. Calefacció i aire condicionat independent a menjador i habitació. Tot l'apartament es nota molt cuidat, ben pintat, net.

Contro: Manca una botiga de queviures a prop. A una parada de bus hi ha un Lidl, però un minimarket de proximitat seria ideal.
