Spacious, Comfortable Apartment with Private Parking and an Excellent Host

Pro: We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment is large, spacious, and very comfortable, with the added convenience of private parking in the building’s courtyard. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful, always available and provided us with detailed guidance about the area and the easiest way to reach Venice. Highly recommended!!!

Brilliant apartment near Venicf

Pro: Very spacious apartment ideal for 4 people. Well equipped, nice and cosy. Really friendly and professional host had even prepared a Christmas Tree for us during our visit in December. Fast wifi and between Mestre centre and Mestre station. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope we can stay again soon.

Pro: Cozy and super clean place! It has everything to feel it like your home! Located in a vintage building with a beautiful front door! The rooms are pacious and very bright. You can request a personal parking spot. Attilio is very friendly and prepared for us a list with a few ways to go to Venice and recommended pizza restaurants as well. He shared a lot of suggestions for our stay and there was no need to raise any questions! Thank you for everything 🤗

Pro: There is an excellent parking spot here, fenced off from the street, which was very important for us. The apartment is very spacious, in excellent condition, and it was a pleasure to stay in. Everything is very clean. The host is a wonderful, open person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. It’s just 4 minutes to the bus stop, and then only a 7-minute ride to Venice itself. I highly recommend staying here.

Pro: Очень уютная, просторная квартира. Рядом остановка автобуса, за 15 минут можно доехать до Венеции. Недалеко большой супермаркет. Хозяин очень приятный, все объяснил и подсказал. Всем рекомендую.
