Well located comfortable apartment 20 minutes from St Marks Square,.

Pro: Comfortable beds. We'll stocked kitchen and dishwasher. Good check in, earlier than normally allowed due to flight times.

Contro: Mosquitoes in the apartment. As a pair we had around 50 bites. And on 2 occasions brickwork found on floor overnight, no idea why.

Pro: We loved the accommodation for its excellent location in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Venice, within walking distance of all the main sites. It was also very comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained.

Great location, spacious apartment, friendly hosts!

Pro: This was our first time staying in Venice, and we opted for an apartment over a hotel. The location of the apartment was great! In a quiet neighbourhood and very easy to find. A lot of facilities such as bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets were in a one minute walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a good range of appliances to use. The fact that is was just a 3 minute walk to the San Stae station made our trip from and to the airport very easy and convenient as well. The host was super friendly, and the check in procedure was easy and quick to understand. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Contro: The ventilation of the bathroom wasn't too great so over time it smelled a bit dewy even if we left it running for a long time. There was also a strange gravel coming down from the walls near the dining table but it wasn't much of an issue.

Buena ubicación sin ruidos

Pro: Ubicación cerca de los lugares de interés, pero en lugar muy tranquilo. Amabilidad y eficiencia de la chica que nos atendió. Comodidad del apartamento.
