Pro: Tutto! Appartamento pulitissimo, comodo, spazioso e in una posizione fantastica per godere di Venezia e di tutte le sue meraviglie. Leone, l’host, è stato sempre gentile e disponibile dal primo momento fino alla partenza.

Pro: tutto perfetto! casa comodissima al centro ma super silenziosa! pulitissima e luminosa, il letto davvero comodo e tutto già a disposizione per fare colazione. il terrazzino è una chicca 🤩. il proprietario è cordiale, sorridente e sempre disponibile. davvero consigliatissimo!

You can’t get any better than this for a holiday flat in the middle of Venice. An exceptionally friendly and helpful own
Pro: Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owner. Ideal location for exploring even the less well known and crowded areas of Venice. Well stocked COOP super market just a couple of hundred meters away.
Contro: Nothing really troubled us and we would certainly try to stay here in the event of us visiting Venice again.

Great visit to see the Venice Carnival
Pro: Leon was a great host; met us at the Vaporetto and guided us to the lovely apartment, pointing out some points of interest on the way. Accommodation is so well presented with everything you need, and thoughtful extras like chilled water, fresh fruit, croissants/cakes, tea & coffee, which was very much appreciated. In a great location, close to a lovely square with restaurants, fruit-seller and bakery, and an easy walk to Rialto/San Marco, but away from the busy crowds. Very comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom, and a roof terrace, which I'm sure is a real bonus in Spring/Summer. Lots of extra items, e.g. toiletries, reading and guide books/maps.
Contro: TV channels seemed to be mainly in German, but we weren't in the apartment long enough to bother us. The only frustrating aspect during our stay (although I appreciate wasn't the fault of the owner) was a very noisy neighbour in the apartment below, which was disruptive at night-time. It was particularly bad on our last night, which meant we had very little sleep, prior to an early morning departure!! Overall, we enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment and Leon is an excellent host.

Best accommodation in Venice
Pro: The best and i repeat..the best accommodation I ever stayed in! I have cleaning ocd, and this flat was clean up to my standards and even better, amazing quality of kitchen cutlery, toiletries, toilet roll is excat lush brand i use 😅 Very comfy beds, clean sheets, great space, Leone is do welcoming and left us huge basket of fruits, juices, pastries 🍰 😀. Very generous and clean. Location is super great, easy to get to through the boats with no stair bridges, very easy to get to from the train and bus stations and serviced well at the night boat, just less than 3 minutes walk from the boat stop. All flat. Easy access to cute and quality resturants and cafes. Leone helped me with my bag to the flat (its on second floor no lift) and i am grateful for his help. He let us check in early too, such a kind gentleman
Contro: All perfect, but there was a night the neighbours were so loud but after 12 am everything was quiet (flat is in a quiet neighbourhood)

Wonderful Apartment and Great Host
Pro: We stayed here two years ago and loved it. The apartment is super clean and very well equipped. Leone, the owner, is a delightful host and supplies lots of goodies on arrival. The area, Stan Stae, is perfect. Lots of restaurants, supermarket, but far enough away from the crowds. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the water buses. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Leone for another great experience in Venice.

Excellent stay, great host, amazing local area near vaporettas. All fabulous we will return when we come to Venice
Pro: Lovely super clean and organised apartment with a great host.
Contro: Needed a mirror to do makeup on a chair (rather than bathroom)
