Pro: Ottima posizione, grandi spazi e belle stanze d’epoca. Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo.
Contro: Al bagno di sopra arriva poca acqua e spesso c’è puzza di fogna, i cuscini non sono il massimo, così come i materassi. Necessiterebbe di qualche aggiustamento. L’host poteva essere più cordiale/disponibile.

It was the perfect apartment for our group of 6!
Pro: This apartment is magnificent! We felt like we were staying in a palace The bathrooms were modern and the apartment was well maintained and clean I would highly recommend this property to any group travelling to Venice

Perfect for experiencing Venice and being in the heart of things.
Pro: The apartment was amazing in size and Venetian vibe. The rooms were huge and there was loads of space.
Contro: The sitting areas are stunning and there are two fabulous bedrooms but the two upstairs bedrooms are very tired. The ensuite was very out of date. We were an all adult party but this property wouldn't be suitable for families with young children as the upstair twin bedrooms are far from the other bedrooms. The price was reasonable and reflected that the apartment was a bit dated and not in the best decorative order.

Live the history of Venice in this apartment
Pro: The Apartment is a historical masterpiece. You literally feel like you are staying in a palace. While the features and furnitures are hundreds of years old the amenities like bathrooms, kitchen and elevator is modern. The entire family lived the experience.

Great location, beautiful apartment, the worst host ever. I would not stay again!
Pro: The location of the apartment is great. The same applies to the apartment itself - historical building with beautiful architecture and design. Modern kitchen and bathroom.
Contro: All communication with the host even from before checking in has been disappointing to say the least. The host has been totally non hospitable to the level that it would cause us great irritation during our stay. Revengeful behaviour, rudeness, constant lecturing, and zero respect of our privacy. Also, despite the fact that the apartment has been very clean, there must be some bugs living in the furniture. Our baby and us got insect bites that were not from “mosquitos” as the host implied.

Pro: Beautiful spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. I highly recommend it, lovely large bedrooms & bathrooms really ticked the box for accommodating a large group. Rita the host was also lovely & very helpful during our stay. Superb location for touring the city. Also really helpful that they had a lift for suitcases & anyone with mobility issues.

Pro: It was like a dream, a fittingly beautiful palazzo for such a stunning city. We felt like royalty. Ideal location, lovely coffee shop right on the corner. Excellent travel support from Rita who went over and above in helping us. A real sense of what it woud have been like to live in Venice. As a bookclub we LOVED the library, very fitting for us😁😁
Contro: Absolutely no complaints.

Pro: I loved all the amenities. The apartment was clean and accommodating. The host was gracious and easy to reach.
Contro: That there was no light in the courtyard that led to the elevator. The WiFi was spotty in some areas of the apartment
