Pro: La posizione e l'arredamento dell'apartamento

Ottima posizione, soggiorno incantevole

Pro: In ottima posizione, comodo per spostamenti in vaporetto o a piedi. Interessante la ristrutturazione e la divisione dell’alloggio su due livelli, che permette anche di avvicinarsi e apprezzare il dipinto sul soffitto. I libri sono i secondi protagonisti del luogo, che si presentano dopo Gaspare, padrone di casa disponibile e molto gentile

Nella magia della Venezia storica

Pro: Palazzo nobiliare di grande fascino, posizionato in una calle silenziosa e strategica dietro San Marco: abbiamo potuto quindi approfittare di un weekend da “residenti”, godendoci appieno la festa del Redentore. La stanza è magica e curata nei minimi dettagli da Gaspare, il miglior Ospite mai conosciuto. Vivamente consigliato

A must book in Venice

Pro: We absolutely loved this place. So charming and full of character. Very comfortable and with so many little added extras. So much time and effort really goes into this place to make your stay so comfortable

Pro: Great location and instructions to get into the property were clear. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very warm.

Contro: For young children the stairs could be an issue, but for us they were no problem

Pro: Great location. Apartment is absolutely beautiful and clean. Host is super communicative and helpful. He provided me not only with clear check in instructions on timely manner but also gave good recommendations for my Venice visit. Overall enjoyed everything about this stay

Contro: Be ready for stairs to get there. And small piece of ceiling right over the bed head could use a bit of repair (or maybe you can move bed). But these are all minor things. Apart from that everything was amazing

A true Venetian experience in a wonderful location.

Pro: The loft apartment was in a fantastic location, minutes away from a main plaza and lots of restaurants but quiet enough when we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice. The apartment is a real traditional Venetian, a novel experience whilst in Venice. Fantastically furnished with lots of interesting items to view. Gaspare had a nice little mini bar and snacks available also. Gaspare even arranged a boat taxi for us on our departure. A very hospitable host.

Contro: The stairs up to the main bed were steep and open with a rail only one side. It was fine but I was on alert when going down especially to the bathroom in the night so I didn’t fall.
