Contro: DA MIGLIORARE IL SET DI CORTESIA: NON C'ERA SAPONE A SUFFICIENZA PER LE PERSONE E PER I GIORNI DI PERMANENZA. SAPONE MOLTO MOLTO SCADENTE. POTREBBERO METTERE ANCHE I DISPENSER SE PROPRIO NON VOGLIONO SPENDERE SOLDI! INOLTRE UN BAGNO ERA NUOVO E FUNZIONALE, L'ALTRO SE NE CADEVA A PEZZI (BOX DOCCIA NON SI CHIUDEVA, ACQUA CALDA POCA E SOLO DALLA DOCCIA, DAL LAVANDINO L'ACQUA CALDA NON USCIVA, IL PORTAROTOLO ROTTO, ASCIUGACAPELLI NON UTILIZZABILE, SERRATURA DELLA PORTA DEL BAGNO NON FUNZIONANTE)

We had a wonderful stay in Venice.
Pro: The location was perfect. It was close to the St. Mark's square, shopping and to other attractions. The apartment was very big, good enough for 8 people. Giovanna, the host, arranged for us a boat taxi to the airport for a better price than the others. All rooms including living room have air conditioners working properly. It could be very hot and humid in Italy in the month of July. So we were very comfortable in the apartment. It was easy to reach the apartment with the boat taxi.
Contro: Guests should take away their garbage and bring it to a designated place upon departure. This is not common for rentals. The host should do this job. We asked not to do this because we had to leave at 0800 for the airport. Thankfully Giovanna agreed to this request. Also , if you need your guests to bring the garbage you should provide extra big bags to accommodate all the trash. Please add blankets to the bedrooms as air conditioners could be cold at nights.

Very nice central apartment
Pro: The location is great, the apartment is big, spacious and very well equipped. There were basic spices, salt, sugar, coffee, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, pans and pots. Shower gel, shampoo, bidet, wifi, plenty of towels and power outlets. Overall very great with only very small inconveniences.
Contro: Very minor inconveniences: The floor is angled throughout the apartman, as funny as strange. It was pretty cold in the first of week of April, could use some extra blankets. The shower could use some extra power, but probably local flavour. Could use a children's stool, tooth-glasses and a key for the lower bathroom.

A very nice stay. Will recommend to anybody visiting Venice.
Pro: Very spacious apartment and very well equipment kitchen. The owner even provides olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. Location is at the center of all the attractions and yet offer quiet ambience. Located on the 1st floor, just one floor above the ground, it is an easy walk-up even for those with large luggages. With plenty of windows facing the canal, for a first floor apartment, it is easily one of the brightest with plenty of sunlight coming into the apartment. Very responsive and helpful owner, which went out of her way to help me book a water taxi when I faced difficulties in doing so on my own. Very grateful to her on this.
Contro: Uneven floor at some places but this is just very tiny issue.

Absolutely Fabulous
Pro: Just wow. This place exceeded our expectations. Super comfy, clean and so big! The photos do not do it justice. Lots of bedding and another bonus is it's on the canal which I didn't realise when I booked. Great location too. A really quaint and lovely apartment.
Contro: There's nothing not to like! Just beware when opening windows not to let in mosquitoes which we found out the hard way.

Great place in groups!
Pro: Great place for groups in Venice! We traveled in a party of 5 and the apartment suited all our needs. Big and equipped kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). It is on the first floor of a building in Castello region, just 10mins away from San Marco Piazza. To arrive there you have to get the vaporetto line 2 until Rialto station and walk 10mins. Taxi boat service that drop you 2mins away is also a opinion.
