Pro: Check-in facilissimo! il proprietario molto cortese e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. L'appartamento è piccolino però è comodo e funziona tutto. Non ti fanno pagare per le pulizie. Very fast and easy check-in. The owner is very cooperative and available for anything (answers the message within minutes). The apartment is really tiny but it has all the necessary equipments. Everything is functional. The owner does not charge cleaning fees.

Pro: Cozy apartment, definitely for 1 person. Great location.

Contro: Bad iron, had a black spot on it, so couldn't use it at all, even if I requested in advance an iron. Could use some cutlery.

Pro: The room is well-furnished and equipped. The location is quiet, and the window is facing to the west, allowing sunlight from midday to the afternoon. There are numerous switches that allow various appliances (various light sources, refrigerator, air conditioning, and the bathroom fan) to be turned on and off independently. The location is very central and you can reach Campo Santa Maria Formosa in two minutes and Piazza San Marco in seven.

Good place to relax when exploring Venice.

Pro: Owner was of great help and the place was clean and neat. Also the fridge and cooking facilities help to make your own little meal if wished.

Contro: It was a bit expensive but the stay was during Venice’s Carnival and all places were expensive.

Pro: BARDZO POMYSŁOWO WYKORZYSTANA MAŁA, ALE WYSTARCZAJĄCA PRZESTRZEŃ, PRZYWOŁUJACA CHARAKTER MIASTA DEKORACJA WNĘTRZA, bardzo dobry przewodnik na stoliku.

Contro: KONIECZNOŚC OPŁATY ZA PRZECHOWANIE WALIZKI, instrukcje obsługi kuchenki na Whasupie - byłyby lepsze spisane na papierze
