Princess Guest House Canal View

Pro: Posizione fantastica. Vicina a tutto ma quel pelo (50 metri) fuori dal caos turistico che lascia spazio alla propria privacy. La camera 4 ha un balconcino privato che è la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente perfetta come posizione e rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Contro: Casa bella, chiaramente finiture vecchie come ci si aspetta a Venezia. Unico appunto, un pelo di pulizia in più sarebbe meglio. Anche il secondo bagno è da sistemare, non c'è acqua calda nel lavandino (doccia e altro bagno tutto perfetto però). Nel complesso comunque una buona soluzione.

Pro: Posizione, tranquillità, check-in and out, terrazzino camera.

Contro: E una vecchia casa veneziana, con servizi e mobili vecchi, ha un suo fascino,ma può non piacere a tutti. Da rivedere tutto, ma cosÌ diventerà un b&b pretenzioso.

Pro: Posizione è molto comoda, la stanza era pulita e spaziosa.

Pro: Great location, away from the crowds but plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. Rialto bridge was about 25 minutes walk and it was easy to get to the guest house from the airport. Gorgeous view from the room!

Contro: The entrance and the hallway isn’t the best.

Pro: Communication was always clear, facilities were perfect given the price and it is in a lovely area on the canal

Great location to or exploring Venice

Pro: Great location, it was a very old building, but you are in Venice!! Bathroom and Kitchen clean, it was very dated. OK for a quick two night stay

Pro: We really appreciated having the entire apartment for ourselves, which was a great solution when the canal view was not available. The location was also excellent – very close to the station and easy to reach everything.

Contro: The air conditioning could have been a little bit stronger.

Definitely a hidden gem for anyone seeking the authentic Venice.

Pro: Princess Room was an absolutely charming property in an absolutely magical place. We booked on short notice because of having to extend our stay on a business trip. We were very pleasantly surprised by the home-like atmosphere and comfortable facilities, combined with old-world authenticity. The use of the characteristic Italian kitchen was a nice touch for a midday ‘pranzo’. I loved the easy access to all the restaurants and attractions of beautiful Venice, not to mention a gorgeous sunset, which we enjoyed from the window of our spacious room. Highly recommended. Will stay again for sure!

Pro: Air conditioning in the room, very clean shower and toilet, clean bed linen. It is possible to leave luggage on the day of departure. Cafe with very tasty food at the entrance to the hotel.
