Pro: L'appartamento è sulle fondamenta di Cannaregio, in una zona tranquilla vicino al Ghetto, fuori dal flusso turistico..ma ricca di ristoranti e altri locali. In 10 minuti si raggiunge la stazione a piedi. Pulizia ok; e gestori molto efficienti. Molto consigliato se siete una famiglia con un bambino

Very pleasant stay - plenty of room and in a great location

Comfortable, quiet stay in a spacious apartment in a great location.

Pro: Great location, quiet but everything was ok to walk to for us. A very spacious, clean apartment and a lovely welcome pack. Host was very responsive and helpful and we were grateful for the help with luggage on our last day.

Quiet and spacious accommodation for a couple in a great location to experience Venice.

Pro: The location of the property is brilliant - a 10-minute walk from the railway station, right next to a vaporetto stop for lines 4 and 5, and a short walk from a stop to lines 1 and 2. It's on a bustling canal, with nearby bars, restaurants and shops, and a short walk or vaporetto ride to busier areas if that is your bag. The flat is at the back of the house, so while you don't have a canal view, it is very quiet and has a nice view of a green garden. There was a lot of space, and Mariza was a very welcoming host.

Contro: Nothing major - the flat is very cool and occasionally we were a bit cold, but in the full summer (we visited in May) that might be a bonus. The kitchen could do with one or two more small knives, but we made do! Otherwise, very well equipped.

The gem of Venice

Pro: The size of the apartment, massive bedroom, lovely patio, kitchen facilities were perfect. Felt like a house not a holiday stay. There is a washing machine, stove, fridge, kettle and coffee, the lounge was larger than we expected almost as if the unit could accommodate a family. The hosts always were quick to respond and inform of arrival. Thank You!!! 100%

Pro: Our stay in Venice was absolutely perfect. Appartman Is in great location. It's super clean, cosy and surprisingly huge. Marisa was great host! We had a great time. I can recommend the apartmant to anyone. Thank you very much!

Pleasant stay at great location

Pro: Location is perfect. Apartment is very spacious, plenty of room and all you need is there. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony in courtyard garden. Very quiet at night. Price / quality ratio is excellent. Convenient that we could leave our luggage there on the last day.

Contro: The bed is not so comfy, bit like a trampoline. Bathroom is outdated but everything works.

A very convenient apartment that met all our needs

Pro: The apartment was in a quiet area of Venice, however within easy walking distance of the train and bus station and lots of restaurants. Public water transportation was nearby. Main attractions are within a 30 minutes walk. We were met and knew we were only a text away from any assistance. Thank you.

Great property in Great location

Pro: Great Location in the Jewish Ghetto. Really close to train station so definitely easy with luggage. It's not right in the center which I believe allowed us to see more as we needed to walk to some of the more touristy areas. Our location was actually really nice and quiet, which meant we also experienced the local atmosphere as well. The apartment itself is huge with everything you need to be comfortable. We were greeted on arrival which I think was a lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Venice.

Great stay in Venice

Pro: 10 mins walk from the St Lucia Station, with easy access to two waterbus stops. The host is friendly and patient, and the property is spacious and clean.
