Appartamento suggestivo in un quartiere splendido di Venezia

Pro: Palazzo storico al centro di Cannaregio, abitazione arredata con mobili antichi , pulitissimo, materassi comodi, spaziosissima, presenza dell’ascensore, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso ed elegante in ottima posizione. Pulizia impeccabile.

Beautiful stay in Venice

Pro: Excellent location. 9 minute walk from airport vaporetto stop to apartment. Exceptionally clean.

Contro: The only two things I would recommend would be that in all the bedrooms there should be mirrors as for three female travellers in three rooms we had to share which was tricky when getting ready. One of the bedrooms(the one closest to the shower room the bedroom window couldn't be open as there were no latches to hold it open so this meant there was no ventilation for fresh air at night or daytime. Other than that everything was spot on!

We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay and look forward to returning. Our host was just fant

It's not often you get to stay in a former Palace!

Pro: Spacious for our group of 5. We were grateful for the AC units in the bedrooms. Having a fully equipped utility room was a bonus. We loved the serenity of the location on the waterside but also with access to 2 vaporetto stops within easy walking distance.

Enjoyed stay in a pleasant and well located apartment

Pro: The apartment was perfectly cleaned, confortable and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy. The building is quiet. It is well located, at the boarder of a canal, with a lot of good restaurants and bars but not crowded with tourists.

A wonderful Venetian experience

Pro: This apartment is full of character to really immerse yourself in the Venetian atmosphere. Really great location as it's quiet, yet easy to walk everywhere. Renata and Rodolfo were so helpful with guidance on how to get there and how to make the most of our stay. We felt very grand staying in the palazzo! We were grateful for the air conditioning units as it was very humid. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the shower was great. Kitchen has everything needed, including tasty coffee. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to return soon!

Comfortable and Convenient

Pro: The apartment is great and has everything that you may need for a long stay. Easy access to the main attractions. We were a group of 6 people and it was comfortable enough. The building is pretty cool. Rodolfo was kind and accommodating with us.

Contro: The check in was not very smooth as we had to meet someone and we were running late due to train delays. A self-check in would be ideal. Also, the rooms need curtains so you can have a bit of darkness in the morning. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful. Gave us a great feeling of the atmosphere in Venice, really felt part of it.

Pro: The apartment is beautiful. Very comfortable and very big. The bedrooms are beautiful, one large double, one small double, one large twin and one single. Kitchen well equipped. The best part was the host Rodolfo who met us there and was very helpful. It is in a great área, close to many restaurants, a grocery shop, Coop,nearby has everything you need. Very quiet at night and safe. Close to the vaporetto stop.

Contro: There are some steps up and down to the elevator. Not many but be aware if you really can't manage any stairs at all.

Fabulous location, helpful staff

Pro: Location was amazing - 2 minutes to bars and cafes and shops but at the same time super quiet. Very spacious and interesting apartment. Excellent comms from host who allowed an early check in and who gave meticulous instructions on how to get there - no Ubers in Venice! 6 minutes walk to Rialto bridge and 20 mins to Doje palace etc.
