Contro: La cura la pulizia il design

Alloggio all’interno di una mostra permanente, in posizione ottima e comoda per visitare la città a piedi.Ristrutturato

Pro: La posizione ottima e l’alloggio in sé ben arredato e spazioso. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Simone che ci ha accolto.

Contro: La pulizia un pochino approssimativa. Pochi accorgimenti per rendere l’alloggio più confortevole e funzionale, nel caso di un soggiorno più lungo( non il nostro caso). Ad esempio un dispenser con shampoo e bagnoschiuma ricaricabile( c’erano solo poche bustine monouso),un asciugamano per le stoviglie, un rotolo di carta da cucina… potrebbero essere aggiunti .

Un posto incantevole

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, inserito nel contesto molto suggestivo di un museo. La posizione, inoltre, è ottima per girare Venezia e per avere a pochi passi tanti simpatici locali dove mangiare o bere in tranquillità.

Contro: Nulla

Stunning stylish apartment in a lovely part of Venice

Pro: We loved that the apartment was in an art gallery. The apartment was very stylish and had everything that we needed. It was cool having a mezzanine. It also felt very safe and was good that it was in a gated community.

Contro: There was no TV, although books and magazines which was nice. Maybe it was a good thing! There were no cushions or blankets on the sofa. These would have made it cosier.

Pro: The property was exceptionally clean and the spaces were large and comfortable.

Contro: It would be great if there was a washing machine and dryer.

Pro: Great location, it's quiet at night and very close to everything. Host very helpful and always available.

Contro: The bed could be bigger and it gets quite warm upstairs (bedroom), even when the sky window is open (there is an air condition though).

Very nice and spacey duplex studio in private Wilmotte Fundation with art gallery.

Pro: The studio was spacey and style furnished in minimalist design with contemporary art pieces also with small seating in the patio. The location was quaiet just in the middle between Santa Lucia station and Piazza San Marco.

Pro: Location was lovely and quiet, further away than expected but still near enough to restaurants etc. Apartment was very clean and spacious and the host was very helpful.

Contro: The bed was extremely uncomfortable and for the price we paid this was disappointing. It would be great if there had been some milk in fridge on arrival just so we could have had a cup of tea in the morning as we arrived very late.
