Molto positivo e per un’altra occasione lo riprenderei in considerazione

Pro: Molto ben arredata, pulita e buona posizione rispetto al centro.

Contro: L’ingresso è un po’ appartato in un piccolo e nascosto cortile rispetto alla vicolo principale.

Piacevole ritorno a Venezia

Pro: Seconda volta in questo appartamento, e già questo la dice lunga. Posizione comoda, appartamento bellissimo e ben arredato. Ambienti spaziosi e molto accoglienti. Per chi arriva in treno, dista circa mezz'ora a piedi dalla stazione, in alternativa facilmente raggiungibile con il vaporetto.

Contro: Pulito e sistemato nelle cose essenziali (diciamo che si può far di più), ci sono alcune cose che non ricordavo... tra cui l'assenza di una tenda alla finestra della stanza da letto. Il letto non l'ho trovato comodissimo, ma questo dipende dalle abitudini personali. Quando c'è l'acqua alta il sotto portico che permette di accedere alla stradina della casa ne risente. Nulla che non si possa affrontare con i giusti mezzi.

Pro: Fantastic location, quiet but central. Clean and comfortable with great kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend!

Contro: One small thing was no cleaning cloths in kitchen

A Beautiful Venetian Apartment

Pro: The apartment is beautifully decorated in the Venetian style. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and enjoyed watching the everyday activities on the water. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it was an added bonus to have two bathrooms. Our host Paola was very attentive and informative, keeping us informed via WhatsApp. The location is great , only a few minutes walk from San Marco. We would love to stay here again .

The combination of Venice and the apartment made it a most memorable stay - we will be back

Pro: Thank you David for the information which you sent before our stay - very clear information about transport from the airport. Also for the restaurant recommendations and especially for the Prosecco and biscuits which were a life saver as our flight was delayed and we arrived late and too tired to go to find sustenance! The flat is delightful - really well appointed and comfortable - location is brilliant - we used the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal

Lovely apartment & helpful host

Pro: The apartment location was within 10minutes walk to St Marks sq, plus it was 5 minutes walk to the near ferry pier. You can get the orange ferry from and to the airport . The apartment was large, comfortable and well furnished . The bathrooms were good, and kitchen facilities good. The apartment manager met us to hand over the keys and show us around, and gave us local information on Venice, and was available by text message for any help. The apartment location is down a side street, so is quiet. There is a cafe for breakfast coffee and croissant within 2-3 minutes walk

Contro: Nothing really

Lots of character in a fabulous location

Pro: Fabulous location overlooking a canal and an easy walk to Piazza San Marco. Apartment had lots of character, was comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The little balcony was a nice spot to sit for breakfast or an afternoon drink.

Contro: Only minor things - the towels were very thin, and there was no shampoo/conditioner.

Pro: Paola was on time to do the check-in. Everything was easy and we liked the apartment and the view to the canal from our balcony. Also thanks for the restaurant recommandations.
