Very clean and spacious in a quiet area

Pro: Quiet area, spotlessly clean, very private. The apartment is newly refurbished with lots of mod cons but it still retains its authenticity. Around the corner are plenty of eateries, and the water taxis stop next to the larger bridge. Good, comfy bed and pillows, and the gentle sounds from the nearby conservatoire were so elegant. The apartment has everything you need, except an iron, but everything else is as you would want it to be.

Excellent home from home

Pro: The bed was very comfortable. The apartment had been modernised recently and was almost too high-tech for me :-) Was almost like a hotel in some aspects with a card rather than physical key to lock and unlock. Great location, lovely bathroom, nice little kitchen area. I felt safe as a solo traveller due to the two door entry and being on the upper floor. Lovely view of the garden next door and also some music from the conservatorio in the square.

Contro: The conversion of the property has been done very well, however for the first week the electrics were fine and everything worked. Then at the start of the 2nd week, the bottom flat had been rented out and it seemed that the building electrics could not cope with both flats using electricity, as we had a number of power-cuts and had to keep re-setting the main system. There was also a slight issue with hearing their every move underneath me as well - which was slightly disconcerting so I think maybe some soundproofing would be beneficial for future guests.

Comfortable and relaxing with the sounds of Venice

Pro: The property is a comfortable and well appointed. Hostess and staff are very quick and obliging with any questions and request. A beautiful garden view from one side of apartment . And the music from the music conservatory on the other .

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
