Un soggiorno meraviglioso immerso nel carnevale

Pro: Appartamentino finemente arredato. Davvero complimenti all'architetto. Si trova a pochi passi dal ponte di Rialto e a pochi passi anche da piazza San Marco. Anche i supermercati sono molto vicini. E' stato davvero piacevole cenare e dormire in questo posto pulitissimo.

Contro: L'unica cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è stato la richiesta del deposito cauzionale davvero ingente. Mi rendo conto che i maleducati, soprattutto stranieri, sono in continuo aumento ma resta il fatto che si tratta di una pratica un po' sopra le righe.

Pro: Quirkiness of the modular sleeping arrangements. Canal view. Two shower rooms with teenagers is also very useful.

Pro: Personal service - they sent a friendly staff to meet us at the boat station and lead us to the unit. He also explained the surroundings to us with a map. Great personalised service that we appreciated very much.

Contro: The design of the room is classy, unique and the view is spectacular. The beds design is excellent, this is the main attraction to us when we decided to book the unit. There is a laundry area upstairs, very convenient. Location is great in the most popular area.

Un excellent séjour à Venise.

Pro: L’appartement est idéalement situé, a quelques pas du pont du Rialto, à 5min de la place St Marc. Jolie vue sur les canaux et leurs ponts. L’appartement a été rénové avec goût et élégance, il est spacieux, très bien agencé, idéal pour les familles. Les échanges avec l’équipe sur place ont été très apprécié. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à Venise.. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Contro: Des petits ajustements sont à faire avec le chauffe eau lors des douches en simultané.

Perfect location for family of 5 sightseeing in Venice

Pro: The apartment is perfectly situated - 3 minute walk to San Marco or Rialto. The apartment is stylish, has high ceilings, a unique entrance, and overlooks the canal. The apartment also has two full bathrooms and a kitchen. Beds are comfortable, and the bunks are fun and easy to access for the kids. Even in the touristy area, there are fantastic bakeries and restaurants.

Contro: One bathroom was small, with a door that didn't close properly, and neither bathroom had a lock. While we enjoyed the stairs and unique door, this may be a challenge for elderly or overweight guests. A bit overpriced, but that may have been impacted by Carnival.
