The staff representative met us at the agreed location and escorted us to the property, which was absolutely fantastic.

Pro: Everything about the apartment and the building was exceptional, and the location couldn’t have been better.

Contro: The property is perfect

Quality apartment in convenient and quiet location.

Pro: Very convenient and quiet location. Fixtures and fittings were all finished to a very high standard.

Contro: The apartment was quite dark inside, no lift so lots of stairs to carry the suitcases up, a second shower would have been useful for a three bedroom place. Tumble dryer was broken.

Luxury in the center of Venice

Pro: Brilliant central location, yet quiet at night. The design and quality of all furnishings and the whole palazzo is exceptional. We highly appreciated being met at the vaporetto stop by the proprietor and shown to the apartment. It made the process easy and personal. Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning a plus.

Contro: nothing comes mind, all great!

Great modern apartment in good location, but you will need to lug bags up many flights of stairs.

Pro: Location was great near Rialto bridge it also included great laundry facilities, modern fit out and plenty of room to spread out.

Contro: Stairs to get to the room, if you have heavy bags it is a challenge, luckily my teenage sons could help otherwise it would have been a problem. Lighting in main area living and kitchen was also very dark.

Fantastic stay

Pro: Location was spot on. Beautiful new apartment with ample space and delightful bathrooms. The deep tub was a bonus. Laundry a plus. Loved this place.

Contro: Kitchen facilities were basic but useable. A lot of stairs to the top apartment with one month worth of luggage was a struggle but fortunately only needed to do the ascension once 😬

Great location and stay

Pro: Convenient location. The interior is lovely just like the photos. The building communal area is also nicely designed. Good size bedrooms and toilets. Communal laundry which had 2 washing machine and 1 dryer. Apartment is nice and cool. Fully air-conditioned throughout the day. Coffee was provided quickly after informing host that there wasn't any.

Contro: We didn't know that the apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor). My elderly parents had difficulty climbing up. The shared bathroom light on sensor kept going off even when there is someone inside having a shower. Had to ask for coffee capsules as there were none from the first day. Laundry facilities not in the apartment

Prima plek in Venetie!

Pro: Geweldige locatie, rustig en stil en toch midden in het centrum, alles beloopbaar. Goede communicatie rondom ontvangst en vertrek. Goed appartement in een mooi gerenoveerd appartementengebouw. Goede bedden. Uitstekende toeristische info in het appartement.

Contro: Drie hoge etages en dito trappen, zonder lift. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn of een matige conditie hebben. Keuken faciliteiten basic: 2 pitten en een magnetron.
