Buon alloggio

Pro: Bell'appartamento abbastanza vicino alla stazione e piazza Roma. Camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa e accogliente, cameretta con letto abbastanza pratica. Bella la corte interna. Molto silenzioso, abbiamo dormito bene.

Nice Venetian apartment close to everything.

Pro: Typical Venetian apartment in a good location close to drop off point. Easily walk everywhere in Venice from here. Apartment was clean and cozy and Kate (Katerina) was there to greet us and go through sites and advice for us.

Contro: 2 bedrooms apartment but main room has a double bed and single bed for 3 people, and second bedroom only a single. So Privacy can be an issue.

Pro: The apartment is located in very quiet area in Venice. About 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, small supermarket and good restaurant/cafe are 3 minutes away. Facilities are well equipped to prepare simply breakfast for a family. WiFi signal is very good. The host Kate and her son are so nice. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Venice.

Peaceful comfort

Pro: The flat is a short walk from the B&B reception; location is in a very quiet part of Venice and feels very secure behind multiple locked gates/doors. There is a brilliant cheap supermarket close by (Prix Discount) which can fulfil all catering needs in the apartment. The apartment is comfortable and has plenty of space to relax, with good wifi air-con and cooking facilities. Very much appreciated being able to leave luggage back at the B&B whilst we explored on our last day, then get back in with keys and also being able to use the toilet and sit down in shade before we left the city.

Contro: We didn't bother to use the outside space, as it's not as inviting as the pictures suggest. Appreciated the iron, but an oroning board would also be nice. Proper mugs/cups would be great instead of large bowls that would be better for soup. Not sure if the ant invasion is a temporary, seasonal thing for summer but we did need to be vigilant with dirty pots and open fruit.

good family stay

Pro: The apartment has what is needed for a small family, clean and functional, the friendliness of the host was appreciated, and it is just a 3-minute walk to a supermarket, and a square with restaurants and shops that get busy and a bit noisy in the evening, yet tucked away from all noises. 30-minute walk to St Marco and the market. The staff is available for any questions and I was given by the manager a mosquito spray when I mentioned the mosquitos biting( which was returned at the end of the stay). it is expected to have mosquitoes in Venice around this time of the year; overall it was a good experience

Pro: Literie Confortable, appartement tres calme et situation stratégique pour decouvrir venise à pied, restos et superette à proximité, gare et arrivée des bus et vaporetto à 10 min à pied .

Situation parfaite !

Pro: La qualité de la literie, la situation impeccable, proche des parkings et parfait point de départ pour la visite de Venise, le cadre, la jolie cour.

Estupenda

Pro: Ubicación excelente , cerca de la estación de autobuses y tren, además una zona muy concurrida por la noche.

Contro: No hay ascensor, por lo que aunque el anfitrion es muy amable y nos ayudó a subir las maletas, hay que subirlas por las escaleras.
