Pro: La posizione era ottima, tutto raggiungibile a piedi e in una via tranquilla, staff molto disponibile

Bellissimo appartamento, confortevole e pulito. Perfetta la posizione, i servizi e la pulizia.

Pro: L'appartamento La Bauta è in una perfetta posizione di Venezia e risulta adatto per quattro ospiti. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito ed ordinato e tutti i servizi promessi erano presenti. Lo consiglio!

Contro: L'appartamento era costoso, ma in linea con i prezzi di Venezia e la sua posizione.

Piacevole

Pro: Personale molto cordiale, facile comunicazione e posizione assolutamente ideale per i nostri gusti. Zona poco battuta vicino ai quartieri più affascinanti di Venezia. Considererei sicuramente la possibilità di ritornarci.

Contro: Forse l'appartamento è un tantino sovraprezzo rispetto alla tipologia di alloggio (a noi piace molto lo stile semplice e spartano ma i prezzi dovrebbero forse rifletterlo meglio). Mi rendo conto che non è facile in una città come Venezia però secondo me ci starebbe abbassare il prezzo. Due delle notti durante la nostra permanenza sarebbe stato comodo avere un copriletto un po' più caldo. Abbiamo usato la coperta in più ma forse sarebbe utile averne anche un'altra in casa. Infine, utile avere almeno una spugnetta in cucina per lavare i piatti a disposizione dei clienti. E qualche piatto o bicchiere in più si potrebbe inserire nella dotazione minima. Sono cose piccole come suggerimento migliorativo.

Feel Like Home at Great Location

Pro: GOOD POINTS ***** The lady was so welcoming 🙏 ☺️ Excellent Location. Air-conditioned. Extra single bed. Apartment with all accessories like your home. Pan, plates, cups, cooking pots and utensils, cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar,various kinds of seasonings etc almost everything including Iron, cloth dryer, hoover, hair dryer, washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc. You don't need to bring anything apart from your personal stuff. You can bring meat/vegetables and cook yourself. TV available. There are so many more good things to add. Please note, Toaster and microwave were not available

Contro: Advisory Points (not too bad) There should be a double bed as per the advertisement. But there were two single beds in the main bedroom. Cleaning was not good. Especially around the bed. Dusty and had bed bugs 🐛. My children had rashes all around their body. (They need deep cleaning for sure) There was no hot water in the shower and in the kitchen. Kids dont like to have showers, especially in the morning due to cold water. (This might be because of summer) Toaster and microwave were not available

Great apartment for Venice

Pro: Great location, good a/c, comfortable beds and pillows, pleasent staff, accurate instructions.

Contro: Lack of kettle.

Pro: Air conditioning, good facilities, everything worked and was very clean Close enough to the main spots but not too close for it to be noisy Very relaxing

Pro: The location was excellent. We were met at the apartment and everything was explained clearly. The air conditioning was a godsend!

Overall it's a clean and spacious apartment for a family of 4. Recommend!

Pro: There was an actual person giving us the information so we don't have to read a brochure regarding the place.

Contro: Didn't hear from the host on the way to the place for a long time. Phone calls were not answered. Text messages were not returned on time. It was stressful.

Standard comforts. Expensive.

Pro: Within walking distance of the railway station. Rooms and fittings were good.

Contro: No view.

Great stay in very good location

Pro: Very good location for such price. And additionally you can feel like Venice citizen :) The apartment was very clean with all necessary equipment. Perfect organization and communication with the owner.
