Pro: Posizione tranquilla. Appartamento ampio, ben arredato. Comodo il servizio vaporetto sotto casa.

Appartamento spazioso in posizione strategica. Il bagno è ampio e areato dotato di tutto.

Pro: Posizione strategica,appartamento ampio, bagno, check in e check out semplice

Contro: Mancanza di una bottiglia d’acqua all’ arrivo, solo due asciugamani a testa anziché tre, mancanza del tostapane essenziale per la colazione

Pro: The location was great, quite and cosy and in a 10-15 minutes walking distance from S. Marcs .

Contro: I wish the cleaning could be a bit better. The shower cabin was very tiny

Pro: Great size apartment with two big bedrooms and kitchen area. Very close to waterbus terminal and not too far from the main areas of Venice.

Contro: Not sure if the aircon was working and should have probably contacted hosts about it but not something we tend to do in Australia. Couldn’t leave windows open, although there was a nice breeze, due to mosquitos. A TV would be a nice addition.

Excellent value for money and I had no issues. The host was friendly and responded quickly.

Pro: Excellent space if you want to be out of the tourist madness. It is neat, quiet and somewhat homely. Good space to work.

Contro: A washing machine would have been great but I stayed for very long so it should t be a problem for most people.

Pro: We absolutely loved the apartment. We enjoyed the side sea view, nice kitchen, and two bedrooms. This airy apartment added to our enjoyable weekend in Venice. Recommend

Very conveniently located, nice house

Pro: We liked the location which is very very near the waterbus and also close enough to the main atractions to walk. The access to the house is very easy and the instructions were very clear. The house was clearly recently renovated so everything is in good state and fresh.

Contro: The only thing we think could be inmproved is having a microwave in the kitchen. It would be also useful to have a bench in the bathroom.

Pro: Wifi and air conditioner are good. The rooms are nice and clean.

Pro: Самое главное, это чисто, белые полотенца, белая постель. Для меня это один из главных критериев. Большая, просторная квартира. Удобная ссылка , как дойти и открыть квартиру.

Contro: Было холодно в квартире, температура установлена на 19 градусов. В одной из комнат батарея не грела вообще, но это нам не испортило впечатление о Венеции.

Magnífico

Pro: Me gustó casi todo. El sitio tranquilo. Ya fui el año pasado al mismo apartamento también en carnaval. Y me encanta el apartamento todo muy bien. Muy amplio..y volveré.

Contro: La fianza . El año pasado creo que no la cobraron . Pero bueno .ya me la devolvieron así que todo perfecto. Como sugerencia.pondria un cazo o olla pequeña para calentar leche. No hay microondas y hay que usar una olla grande. Pero aparte de eso todo muy bien.
