Pro: The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has the best location, it is not in the city but the bus stop to reach Venice is right in front of the apartment, it is a direct line and takes only 15-20min. The parking space is near and there is always a space. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice.

Contro: The beds were not comfortable at all. They are probably very old and they shake and squeak every time you turn. The wifi probably belongs to the other apartment in the house so the signal quality was terrible. We basically couldn't use it at all. There are apparently A LOT of mosquitoes in Venice so we couldn't really open the windows for fresh air. It would be nice to have some kind of a protection in the apartment maybe some nets on the windows. There is only soap in the apartment. No shampoo or shower gel. Not even some dish soap to wash the dishes. Maybe you could improve this a bit. The TV is really small and not a smart one, so you could only watch the local channels. Some of the light switches are not for lights but instead rings a really loud sound that is very sudden and frightening. Especially in the middle of the night when you accidentally switch them on. Canceling or labeling them would be nice.

Pro: Très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités nécessaire. Malgré qu'il se trouve à Mestre , le bus 19 situé à 60m permet d'aller à Vénise en 15min. Facile avec l'abonnement vaporetto/bus. Pas de stress.

Contro: Pas de micro-ondes mais c'est un détail 😉.

Pro: Todo perfecto! Muy amplio bonito y limpio. Comunicado con venecia en 20 min cogiendo el autobús n 19 justo en la misma acera del piso. Se paga gon tarjeta de crédito directamente y cuesta 1.5€. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia fabulosa. Como en casa! :)
