Accogliente stanza centrale, zona castello

Pro: Stanza accogliente e molto carina, ben riscaldata di inverno, spazio colazione con caffé e abbondanza di cialde e frigorifero. Posizione centrale e comoda. Il padrone di casa molto gentile e simpatico, ci ha dato ottimi consigli per vivere in modo autentico la cittá. Consigliatissimo!

Contro: Era tutto perfetto, come nella descrizione

Pro: Posizione ottima, fuori dal grande affollamento, ma centrale rispetto alle mete più significative. Consigli del proprietario molto utili per come utilizzare al meglio la struttura e segnalazioni di ristoranti ottimi per qualità e prezzo.

Pro: Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti con il nostro soggiorno :) Il proprietario e super gentile, ci ha dato anche dei consigli. La struttura si trova due passi da Piazza San Marco,ma in contesto tranquillo. La zona Castello e ottima scelta, se si cerca la posizione strategica, ma due minuti fuori dalla folla ;) + La pulizia, il letto comodo, un bel bagno, piccoli dettagli nella stanza E stata una bella scoperta. Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Pro: Stanza comoda, pulita, in un’ottima posizione. Il proprietario Riccardo è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli culinari. Consigliato!

Pro: We are extremely satisfied with our stay and give this apartment the highest rating. The conditions were excellent: everything was very clean, new, and well maintained. All amenities were provided by the host, and the apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The location is perfect - close to all main attractions, yet the area itself is quiet and peaceful, which is a big advantage in Venice. There were absolutely no unpleasant smells, which is especially valuable here. The host was friendly and responsive, answering all our questions immediately. We are very happy with our stay and would gladly choose this apartment again.

My visit was wonderful and smooth and a lot of it has to do with the apartment.

Pro: The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. It was in a great neighborhood that was close enough to the waterfront but also quiet enough to feel like I had my own corner in a Venice full of tourists. It was very close to the Biennale (which I was mostly there for) and also to Piazza San Marco. Riccardo was the perfect host. He was very attentive and also helpful with information with the apartment and with recommendations. He was the best with helping me when my flight got cancelled and I had to arrange to stay for another night. I cannot recommend this place more.

Nice location in a lovely part of Venice, with a great host!

Pro: Great location - really nice/quiet part of Venice with good restaurants around. Riccardo was a wonderful host, he provided excellent recommendations, and was very kind to accommodate us when there was an issue with disposing or fubbish. He also gave us a nice welcome gift! The apartment is well laid out, and is a nice big space - it was helpful to have a separate entryway, the bed was comfy, and overall the apartment was clean. And, well-stocked with coffee pods and a fridge!

Contro: There was an issue with small bugs flying around, almost like gnats, when we first arrived and they persisted while we were there. Not a big issue, but slightly annoying. There wasn't an easily-accessible outlet near the bed, but we made it work. The wifi was a little spotty, going in and out, and the water pressure in the shower was a little low. There was no dish soap provided, which we understood, but we were there for a week and there were only 2 sets of coffee cups provided.

Book and you will be delighted.

Nice apartment in a good handy location

Pro: Nice clean apartment with very good shower room and coffee machine with pods. Very good location near good breakfast cafes and restaurants. Close to waterbus stop. Riccardo gave us good information.

Contro: There’s a cafe right outside the front door which can be quite noisy, and a restaurant staff area at the back of the apartment which was also sometimes noisy, but as we were out most of the time it wasn’t too problematic.
