Pro: La camera è molto comoda e pratica benché piccola. La cucina ha microonde, bollitore elettrico, piano cottura con fornelli, frigorifero, qualche posata e pentola. Il wi fi funziona molto bene e la posizione è molto comoda rispetto alla stazione.

Contro: Il bagno era leggermente poco pratico (bagno in comune) e non sono stati dati a disposizione molti asciugamani (un solo asciugamano).

Pro: Posizione vicina a servizi, supermercato e ristoranti

Pro: The apartment is very convenient, close to the main station and with a direct connection to Venezia. The place was also clean and the communication with the host was very easy. We had a bit of a delay when arriving in Venezia and trouble to find the flat due to Google maps error, but the host was very responsive and waited for us after the check in hours. Thanks a lot!

Good Value for money.

Pro: Accessibility to venice island and hospitality of staff.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Despite we had a very late check in, stuff was very suportive and waited till late hours. Highly valuable this! Room was clean and 100% conveniente and close to bus 4L stop to Venice center. Place has shops, coffe, drinks ( in general) and supermarket around.

Contro: Nothing to declare!

Place with a good location for decent price

Pro: Good location, 15 min by bus to get to Venice and close to the railway station. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. Also there is a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge where you can cook if you want.

Contro: Only one shared bathroom for 4 rooms and it's getting busy in the mornings and evenings.

Exceptional at no cost:)

Pro: Last floor view of mestre in a typical Italian building turned into a hotel guest house, very nice, large room and a two side exposition balcony. The staff was available late and facilities did not lack much. Clean overall.

Contro: Some under looked elements were not cleaned properly.

Pro: The service was excellent 👌 the location was very good . Could go to Venice city easily by bus.. cooked my own meals in well facilitated kitchen ...Was served with good coffee few times. Bathroom was equipped with shampo soap ... Hotel Staff helped to to check in after 12am. He was well behaved ... Hospitality 100% . Also helped to manage tickets .

Contro: Only one bathroom for 4 room.

Pro: I was well looked after as they were very helpful when I needed use of the clothes horse to dry my clothes. The bed was comfortable and a good size room.

Pro: ¡Nos encantó todo! El propietario fue un amor, súper atento en todo momento. La ubicación es genial, muy segura y justo al lado de la parada del bus a Venecia y también del autobús al aeropuerto, que cogimos a las 23:00 de la noche sin ningún problema. La habitación estaba perfecta, con sensación de hotel, y el baño siempre libre y limpio. Además, nos dejó hacer el check-in a las 23:20, vino a recogernos a la parada, nos guardó las mochilas el último día y respondió enseguida a los mensajes. ¡De verdad, una experiencia maravillosa, lo recomendamos muchísimo!
