Pro: Fully equipped apartment, perfectly clean , with private garden facing Venice lagoon! Late checkout offered and gladly used to stay a few hours longer. Very quiet location.

Contro: All perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Pro: This apartment has all that is necessary for a very comfortable stay and Monica is an excellent host. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the garden, being close to the water, and the unhurried pace of Giudecca.

Lovely stay in quiet Giudecca

Pro: Great location: calm and peaceful, with a great view of the lagoon towards Lido from 10m out the lovely small garden, while in a 5min walk you're at Palanca vaporetto station & have the whole city closeby. Also a fully equipped, modern kitchen, and a very nice apartment overall, with great eye for detail! Very friendly hosts as well!

Contro: I visited end of August and there were quite some mosquitoes so sitting in the garden was only possible using anti- mosquito vape. Probably better in a different season.

Pro: Quiet and out of the way. Newly renovated and spic and span. Garden is delightful.

Contro: A little dark and no views of traditional Venice.

Nächstes Mal in Venedig? ...genau hier wieder wohnen !

Pro: Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, diskret und bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist persönlich bei einem herzlichen Empfang. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Dusche und Toilette superclean. Im Kühlschrank zum Empfang Wein und auf dem Küchentisch eine Tüte Plätzchen. Die Lage fantastisch. Direkt am Wasser eine Reihe netter kleiner Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, weit weg vom Rummel. Der perfekte Rückzugsort zum Ausruhen direkt gegenüber dem trubeligen Zentrum um San Marco (...welches man in 10 min per Fähre erreichen kann).

Contro: Mir fällt nichts ein, was man hier verbessern könnte. Hier passt einfach alles ! Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat ist, dass wir nach 4 Tagen leider wieder nachhause mussten :-)

Sehr hochwertiges Appartement in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Pro: Sehr schönes Appartement mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und sehr guter Ausstattung. Ruhig gelegen in Guidecca und trotzdem zentral auf der Insel um schnell zum Supermarkt und Vaporetto sowie den guten Restaurants zu kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr schöner kleiner Garten und direkt vor der Haustür Blick auf das Meer..

Contro: Alles Bestens!

Wir konnten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Guidecca verbringen.

Pro: Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Sie war modern, in technisch hervorragendem Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie zeichnete sich durch eine angenehme ruhige, aber dennoch sehr gut angebundene Lage auf der Insel Guidecca aus.

Contro: Leider waren nur italienische Fernsehprogramme zu empfangen.

Pro: The apartment was wonderful, clean annd comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the private garden. It was nice being in a quieter, more secluded area in the evenings. The host, Monica, was easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay in providing answers to questions about restaurants, directions, and local amenities. I would definitely book here again the next time we return.
