Accogliente e comodo come punto di appoggio per visitare Venezia a piedi o tramite vaporetto

Pro: Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente era la localizzazione della struttura, appena a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto. Una posizione davvero strategica. Una bella vista sulla laguna e un aspetto curato negli interni. Appartamento carino e pulito.

Contro: Non è molto comodo l’accesso all’appartamento e le porte che lo separano dagli appartamenti sottostanti non sono particolarmente sicure. Si aprono e chiudono con difficoltà.

Pro: Casa molto carina e con una bella posizione..il proprietario molto gentile,la consiglio:)

Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio.

Pro: La colazione non era compresa. La posizione in città eccellente. Il gestore è pronto a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente.

Contro: Il gestore dovrebbe curare di più la fornitura stoviglie : poche posate, non ci sono piatti fondi, 4 tazze di cui 2 sbrecciate. Piccolezze, facili da risolvere con pochi soldi, che però danno una brutta impressione mentre tutto il resto va benissimo.

Pro: Great location right near ferry stop to Airport and Murano Island. Luggage storage downstairs allowed us an extra few hours to explore.

Great apartment in fab location

Pro: Location was fantastic - right by Fondament Nove waterbus stop! Lovely little apartment, very clean, good facilities and really comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and they were really helpful.

Fantastic location, wonderful view and comfortable apartment

Pro: Great location, spacious and well-equipped apartment, easy check-in even arriving earlier we were able to check in early and leave bags on last day.

A brilliant stay in a great location

Pro: The location was fantastic. The host was very friendly and helpful, guiding us to the property and showing us around. It was great to have WiFi included. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed.

Excellent location for visiting Venice and the surrounding area

Pro: The apartment is in the best location right next to Vaporetta, easy to access. It's a great place and location for exploring Venice. The owner was very kind and welcoming. He allowed us to keep our luggage there in a locker because we had a late departure.

Contro: The water pressure in the shower was poor. This needs upgrading. It was only warm/hot for a short time. There are a lot of keys to access the doors. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment.

Pro: The host fillipo was very gentleman and explained us very nicely.. he is a good guy and helped us also. . I truly recommend the stay over there.
