Great Stay with Thoughtful Host and Tasty All-Day Breakfast

Pro: •\tMauro, the owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. He explains everything clearly with charming hand-drawn maps and tips — perfect if you’re without Google Maps. \t•\tBreakfast was a highlight: mini pizzas, crackers, sweet treats, various yogurts, juice, bread with butter and jam, and freshly made coffee — all available throughout the day. \t•\tThe accommodation is clean, spacious, and very comfortable for the price. \t•\tGreat location: bus stop to Venice (via Centro) is nearby, and two large supermarkets are about 1 km away. \t•\tThe apartment has AC and feels like your own house — Mauro shares the space but is rarely around, so privacy is not an issue. \t•\tThough there are only a few restaurants in the immediate area, many offer delivery, so you can still enjoy a wide variety of food.

Contro: •\tThe apartment is on the third floor with no lift, which might be difficult if you have heavy luggage. \t•\tTowels are quite old and could be refreshed. \t•\tOnly a bed sheet is provided — a duvet or blanket would be much better, especially when using the AC or during cooler nights.

Pro: Mauro is an excellent host. He is exceptionally hospitable and helpful, yet discreet and unobtrusive. He gave us lots of tips on how to get around Venice. We practically had the apartment at our disposal. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning which saved us on a hot night. Apartment spotlessly clean! Delicious breakfast. A very enjoyable stay!

Pro: Owner of home Mr. Mauro was very helpful. He preperad all informations and maps of transportations, touristic areas. He preperad delicious coffee and rich breakfast for us. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom are very clean. The home is in very quiet place. There is bus station near the home and it takes 15-20 min. To go Venezia.

Pro: Чудесный хозяин, который на связи круглые сутки. Подсказал, что посетить, куда ехать магазины, кафе. Вкусные завтраки, идеальная чистота в квартире. Остановка рядом. Но в Венецию до 9.30 прямой автобус, потом с пересадкой, но и это не проблема, ездили и так, минут 20 на всё. Район тихий. Хозяина комната в квартире, но утром мы его не видели и когда ложились спать тоже.
