Pro: Perfect location, lovely apartment, very helpful hosts.

Pro: Cute apartment 1 minute from Riva de Biasio ferry stop so super easy drop off if getting a water taxi direct from the airport. Takes about 30 mins to walk to the main sites. It was nice to stay in a less crowded and peaceful part of Venice and there are many nice local restaurants. Very spacious flat and it was nice to have heating as it does get chilly in the evenings in October. Top stay

Good location, welcoming hosts and enjoyable stay.

Pro: A nice apartment very close to train station and vaporetto stops. We were met at the property by Laura and her husband, shown all the facilities and given some recommendations for shops, restaurants etc. All the necessary facilities were provided and the apartment was clean and tidy. Despite the heatwave the aircon unit upstairs performed well although downstairs was a bit warmer but a fan was provided here. Kitchen facilities were good. There was a small terrace off the bedroom which was good for evening drinks The location was good with a nearby pretty, well used square with several restaurants and a supermarket. We would certainly stay here again.

Contro: Perhaps a handrail on the stairs would be useful for the less mobile.

Great apartment

Pro: This split-level level apartment could be accessed by stairs or lift. It was near the station and easy to find. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything you could need. We stayed as 2 couples. The beds were conveniently placed out of view. The bathroom is off the main bedroom, but this wasn't inconvenient. The terrace is bijou but not overlooked. The information left was very useful. We had a lovely time and would stay again. Thank you.

Not a value for money

Pro: It was close to train station and next to a ferry station. Spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we need. Overlooking a nice garden and a small rooftop balcony.

Contro: The apartment is not for someone who likes warm place. They control the temperature remotely and you cannot change it. In the nights it guess cold but heating stops working. The sofa bed has a huge gap between head and rest of the part creating a sinking position for head. See the picture. And on top pillows are thin and heavily used. So if you are sensitive to any of these, its not a place for you.

Easy to reach apartment with everything one wants or needs for a relaxing stay in Venice

Pro: We were greeted by the son of the owner who not only took the time to check us in but also answered all and any questions we had about the neighbourhood.

Contro: There is nothing that is worth mentioning here as our expectations were fully met during our stay!

Superb

Pro: The apartment was spacious, with lots of light and very nice views over gardens, very pleasant organization, and private. The building has a beautiful garden and is clearly very well cared for, and there is an elevator which was much appreciated. We also very much appreciated having a terrace though it was very small. The location is fantastic: quiet little street just off the grand canal, very lose to a vaporetto stop and the bus/train station, and the neighborhood is so nice to walk around, not too busy, with very good restaurants. Excellent suggestions from our host for restaurants as well as getting around! Also very nice to have the option to store our luggage safely in the premises after checking out. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Contro: if anything, we would have liked more comfortable pillows.

A beautiful little apartment in Central Venice.

Pro: The location is absolutely perfect. Just step out the door and you are on the Grand Canal. The host was lovely and key pick up was easy. The apartment is bright and airy and worked well for our little family.

Contro: The only problem with the apartment is that the bathroom is upstairs in the loft in front of the master bed. This was challenging for us travelling with our elderly mother in law.

Pro: Great location - loved the rooftop terrace - facilities were great - ferry stop really close

Contro: the bathtub and especially the shower head were affected by mold
