Amazing location to explore this beautiful city! Super lovely host!

Pro: Amazing location, lovely host who met us at the Vaporetto stop to personally guide us to the apartment and gave us a tour. She also provided many welcome snacks and drinks which we appreciated so much given we arrived in the evening.

Contro: Only one thing was an issue, the size of the shower was very small. Having said that we made it work no problem.

Beautiful house situates in a great location

Pro: The house was really beautiful and was really big. The location was also perfect. It was 10 min by walking to Piazza San Marco and 15 min by walking to the bus station Piazzale Roma. And the owner was great. We mer her daughter. Even though we arrived late, she waited for us and she helped us find an open restaurant. She was so kind. I know that I will be back again 😊

Absolutely Fabulous - Would happily stay again.

Pro: Superb location, quiet but less than five minutes from Academia bridge/Vaporetto stop. Large comfortable well equipped property. Very clean.

Contro: No aircon. Not a big deal for us visiting end of May/early June as weather wasn’t properly hot.

We had a lovely stay - the flat was perfect for exploring the city, and great for a rest after all that walking!

Pro: Beautiful, roomy and comfortable flat in a fantastic location. The landlady and her son were extremely helpful and welcoming, and responded to any queries promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Contro: Small thing - the kitchen, though small, was very well equipped but an extra plug socket or two would be very useful.

Pro: Nice quiet location. No noise at night time. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Convenient to water bus stop. Milk water and orange juice in fridge on arrival. Breakfast snacks provided. Very nice and friendly.

Pro: this apartment gives us the best living experience and memory. the lovely lady very kind and nice. We are so pleased to stay here and we want to come back for sure.

Contro: the small room got some noisy during the night, maybe the noisy comes from heater boiler or maybe it is so quiet during the night.

Pro: It is a very special place, very central, clean and with the warmth of home. Furthermore, Rosella was the best host I have ever had in my life, very special and always attentive, without words with all the beautiful details you gave us, THANK YOU!!! This place is more than recommended.

Pro: The house was very comfortable for 5 persons. It has all the small things in the house to make it feels like a home.

Pro: Rossella's house was perfect for ourselves and our three children. A very spacious and welcoming apartment with everything we needed for our short stay, there was even a well tuned grand piano in one of the rooms that we enjoyed the use of. Having two toilets was also a bonus as any family would appreciate. The apartment is in a great location in the Academia district with everything we wanted to see and visit within walking distance. Rossella was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and we would gladly stay again the next time we visit Venice.

Contro: Nothing negative to say about the apartment.
