Pro: L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato. Abbiamo apprezzato che la cucina fosse dotata di tutto il necessario per fare colazione – sia elettrodomestici (macchinetta del caffè, bollitore) sia prodotti (cialde, tè, biscotti ecc) – e che ad aspettarci ci fosse già una bottiglia di prosecco in frigorifero.

Pro: Lovely apartment, 4 good sized bedrooms all ensuite in an exceptional location. Host was extremely helpful and responsive prior to and after arrival.
Contro: Was a little tired in places.

Contro: Need a toaster and would be great if there was an oven but overall we loved the property

Large and beautiful apartment with excellent location!
Pro: Very spacious, clean and beautiful apartment! Nice historical feeling, beautifully decorated and painted. Perfect location, close to everything and still very quiet neighbourhood. The host was super helpful, trustworthy and accommodating, it was easy and quick to communicate. The apartment had large bedrooms with bathrooms. Large living room with well facilited kitchenette and big dining table. Beds were really comfortable!
Contro: The bedroom downstairs had rather mouldy smell and not very good air quality, compared to the rooms upstairs.

Pro: The location is very good, 15 mins walk to San Macro or Rialto Bridge. 6 mins to Supermarket. Restaurants downstairs. Every room was ensuite, nice and quiet environment . The host came and met us at the S Angelo Port but S. Samuele may be better if you have many luggages.
Contro: wifi is not functioning on the ground floor room, the some toilets curtains are not working, water leakage in every time shower.

Pro: Everything was perfect! We were a grup of 8, we had the entire apartment for ourselves , 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, one living room, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine ( the landlord gave us coffee pads as well + some cookies) basically everything you need for a great stay! Amazing stay! I will book this place again... definitely!

Pro: The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a lovely location, communication was very good. Central to Rialto, St Marks, about a 10 minute walk either way, close to restaurants and supermarkets about 5 mins walk
Contro: Possibly to put a toaster and kettle in the kitchen area would be useful :-)

Venice is a stunning city, we loved it and have lovely weather too.
Pro: The apartment was in an ideal place for exploring Venice, our host was lovely and met us at the water taxi to take us to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we required.

Fantastic location
Pro: The location was absolutely fantastic for exploring Venice. There were 4 over us, so it was great having 4 bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms. It was very clean. Adriana was a lovely host and met us at the water taxi and took us to the apartment. She was always very responsive to any emails beforehand. We loved Venice so much. What a stunning place. We would definitely stay again. Oh, and it was so quiet, even though we were in the middle of the city.
Contro: Personality, we weren't taken with the decor, but that's just us being picky. It won't be to everyone's taste. But we were barely there, other than to sleep. So it suited us perfectly.
