Comfort migliorabile, ma buona posizione decentrata
Pro: Ottima posizione per chi vuole stare fuori dal casino e godersi il silenzio e il fascino dei canali piu piccoli, bella casa, appartamento ristrutturato, ottimi infissi, belle viste dalle finestre. Due bagni, bella cucina bene attrezzata.

Pro: Spacious and very well equipped apartment, super clean and in a great location. 2 bathrooms make it very comfortable. The Staff is very friendly and responds immediately to every question, super helpful!

Pro: Host was very helpful and responded promptly to requests. Let us enter the apartment a bit sooner than planned and let us leave a bit later. the location was amazing: not in the middle of tourism, but still central (and even had a grocery shop nearby).
Contro: It was a bit chilly in the apartment and the beds were mediocre.

Quiet area of Venice
Pro: Nice quiet area. Close to many good places for food and drinks. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - perfect size traveling with teens. Price okayish. Kitchen ok, and enough equipment there and in the bathrooms. Good internet. The check in procedure asked for way too many personal irrelevant details. The host helped waiving some of the non mandatory points.
Contro: There was mold in the corner near the bed in the bigger room. Hot water was not really working, we had to shower cold mostly. The double bed in the bigger room was not stable and very noisy. The mattress was quite thin. The people in the apartment in front of ours left thrash bags in front of our door for 3 days over the weekend.

Pro: The accommodations were not only spacious but also incredibly convenient, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nestled within a serene neighborhood teeming with local charm, we relished the authentic Venetian atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots. The icing on the cake was undoubtedly the exceptional value offered by this hidden apartment, making it a standout choice for any family seeking a unique experience in Venice.
Contro: While our stay had its highlights, there were a couple of aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. Firstly, the water heater proved to be somewhat inconsistent, fluctuating between extremes of either scalding hot or chillingly cold water. This inconsistency made it challenging to enjoy a comfortable shower experience. Additionally, despite our party consisting of four individuals, we found that the provision of shower towels fell short, with only enough towels provided for two to three people.

Pro: Great place, a little far from the Center, but quiet and comfortable. A lot of space and amenities. Fully equipped for everything someone might need.
Contro: We did not saw the thermostat on the wall until the last night. The air conditioners do not work on hot and we were kind a cold 2 of the 3 nights, which in February is close to 0 degrees.

Pro: The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts were very helpful and informative. It was easy to access with their directions and tips. The location was very quiet.
Contro: The beds could have been a bit softer but that’s personal preference and we really did sleep well.
