nel complesso... abbastanza soddisfatti.

Pro: posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i punti strategici della città. siamo partiti con due adolescenti che necessitavano di recuperare le energie con qualche ora di relax pomeridiana e l ubicazione dell'appartamento ha permesso a tutti di continuare nelle proprie preferenze.

Contro: l'appartamento è piuttosto grande pulito e accessoriato. dispone di due bagni e due stanze matrimoniali , una delle quali con divano letto...aimè scomodissimo :( gestibile per brevi soggiorni ma difficoltoso per più di tre notti

Pro: We had a warm cozy and clean apartment. What we needed was prepared included tea and olive oil.

Contro: My one suggestion would be to place some carpets near the beds in this winter time

It was good for one night, very close to La Fenice theatre

Pro: It’s location on the ground floor was a great bonus. We travelled with the wheelchair and in Venice it is not easy to find a property on the ground floor from my experience. It is very spacious inside. Kitchen has everything required for cooking.

Contro: It is quite dark because there are no windows, just one small in the bedroom that doesn’t provide much light. Bear in mind that the check in is in another location - it’s a few minutes walk. Once you check in, get the keys you return to the address provided on the listing. I would prefer to be informed about this beforehand. I’m glad I didn’t drag my tired disabled mother there just for a few minutes of check in procedure.

Pro: The location was good in relation to the San Marco district of Venice. Despite maps, finding our way through the lanes and over the canals was challenging. But that is not the fault of the accommodation.

Contro: A small point but the television only had three Italian speaking channels. Nowadays one would tend to hope for some international channels and English speaking ones.

Pro: Spacious apartment with 7-10 min walk to San Marco, friendly, helpful staff who allowed us to check in earlier.

Contro: Shower was dated and water ended up on floor a lot

Pro: Very spacious with two separate bedrooms and bathroom for maximum privacy. One window opens to a piazza. Great location in the heart of san marco area. Easy check in and check out.

Execellent apartment for a couple or small family. Perfect for a great Venice experience.

Pro: The location is perfect. You are just a few minutes to the major sights within San Marco, but far enough to have a peaceful nights sleep and feel a bit more local.

Contro: The apartment is beautiful and a great space overall. The kitchen needs a set of flatware, it only had two spoons, a wine key, and a Nespresso machine. Additionally. The bath towels have seen better days; time for a refresh.

Pro: Lage, Badezimmergröße, Duschen, funktionierende Heizung, viel Stauraum, Geschirr ausreichend, große Wohnung, je länger in der Wohnung, umso mehr gefiel sie

Contro: Herd funktionieren zwei Kochplatten nicht, Dunstabzugshaube muss gereinigt werden wie auch der Backofen, dringend notwendig, wenig Lichteinfall, nur ein Fenster geht nur eingeschränkt zum Campo San Angelo
