Weekend a portata di mano
Pro: La posizione è superlativa, in pratica accanto al ponte di rialto e vicinissimo a tutto (vaporetti etc...).
Contro: Le scale per arrivare in appartamento sono gradini vecchissimi e a parer mio pericolosi con bambini piccoli. Suggerirei di far trovare tovaglioli all'arrivo e qualche detersivo.

Nel cuore di Venezia…
Pro: Ottima posizione per visitare Venezia e anche per la vicinanza alle zone più frequentate per aperitivi e cicchetti. Comodissimo al vaporetto. Ben organizzato il check in e out. Appartamento curato, letti comodi. Tornerei.
Contro: Mancava un piccolo benvenuto, forse avrei fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua. Ma è un piccolissimo suggerimento perché è stato tutto bellissimo.

Pro: The hospitality was at excellent level. Every problem we faced with apartment, was solved immediately. The host was very attentive and provided support quickly. Thanks a lot once again to our host Barnaba! Location is perfect.

SO close to everything, modern, clean, safe apartment. Recommend and would stay again.
Pro: Exceptional location - Literally 40 steps from Rialto bridge, about 150 feet from the water taxis, and yet in a private and secure road and building. Multiple levels of security to access the apartment. It felt very safe. No lift available so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The apartment was very spacious, renovated with modern amenities, kitchen, bathroom and decor. Huge bathroom with towels and toiletries provided. Kitchen had everything you need, dishwasher and washing machine as well. Lovely bedrooms with lots of room. The windows on two sides of the buildings open up onto the street below with views of the Rialto bridge when you look up the street. It was a fantastic location and nice to be able to walk the canal and take photos of the bridge when all the tourists had left. So close to the gondolas as well.
Contro: There is nothing really negative to say about this location. They need to fix/replace the living room lamps - one had no lightbulb and the other wouldn't stand up straight. It's a bit pricier than some of the places further away from the main canal/bridge but for the convenience and how clean, modern and spacious this was, it was well worth the $$.

Wonderfully located, comfortable apartment with all you need for a family stay in Venice.
Pro: Ideally located. Clean. Spacious. Beds very comfortable. Well set up. Amazing communication from the hosts.
Contro: Fine for us, but consider the stairs to access the apartment.

Flat in a good location.
Pro: The property is near the Rialto Bridge, water taxi stop is nearby. All other main attractions are also really close on foot. Even though it is next to the main attractions, there was no noise from the outside.
Contro: It was bit difficult to find the property, because it was in the inner courtyard. But the host was accessible via Whatsapp all the time, even though we arrived late.
