Pro: Venezia è splendida, l'appartamento è nel cuore di Venezia a venti metri da Piazza San Marco... Di meglio non puoi avere

Contro: Il solito discorso esteso a Venezia, non alla struttura in sè, dei prezzi.

Fab location , great host , well equipped a definite 10 out of 10.

Pro: Valentina dealt with a problem with the plumbing very promptly , it could have been a disaster but she saved the day. Very good location. Everything one needed , great coffee!! Valentina gave us two fantastic restaurant recommendations and both were great.

Contro: There was nothing to dislike.

The host was amazing and so so helpful even helping with transport and taking me to the water taxi the day of the depart

Just what you need for a stay near San Marco!

Pro: Great apartment right in the center of Venise, quiet and close to San Marco square! Valentina our host was amazing and went far and beyond with tips, to make us feel welcome! Thanks

Contro: The living room was a little dark. But no biggie, as we spent more our time outside visiting.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a brilliant location.

Pro: The apartment was only metres from San Marco Square - so location was brilliant. Paola and her team were wonderful and organised pre and post transfers for us which can be a bit challenging as gist time travellers to Venice. Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was spacious and very clean, beds were comfy and we had an incredibly enjoyable stay.

Contro: Nothing at all!

Perfect location for exploring Venice !

Pro: Perfect location for exploring Venice. Very close to San Marco Square, many restaurants, shops and close to water taxi to Airport. The apartment was perfect for two adults and two kids, spacious, clean and in a quiet area. Paola our host was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic property in a very central location.

Pro: Amazing location close to the centre with comfortable accommodation in a spacious well appointed apartment. Looking forward to a return visit soon as possible.

Contro: It was a little noisy with building work outside, but this will only be temporary and likely finished soon. The shutters and double glazed windows did a good job of filtering most of it out.

Perfect Holiday

Pro: The location is perfect, the apartment has everything you need. Valentina and Paola did everything they could ,and even more , for us to have a good vacation. if we come back to Venice. it is certain that we will prefer you again.

Pro: Exceptional host most friendly and helpful. Apartment was beautifully fitted and styled especially main bedroom. Lovely touch to receive pastries at our door first morning which were delicious and much appreciated 🙂

Contro: Just quite noisy of mornings with restaurant staff and workers in alley way. People talking late at night on street too. I don't think it's obvious people are residing here also . Ear plugs would help and actually improved with shutters closed which we didn't work out til third night.
