Quiet and comfort in the heart of Venice

Pro: Casa occogliente, ben fornita e in posizione centrale rispetto a monumenti ristoranti e mezzi pubblici. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, ci sono state fornite molte indicazioni utili ed abbiamo anche trovato l'essenziale per una tranquilla colazione a casa! Assolutamente consigliato, grazie!

Contro: Saremo stati sfortunati ma la mattina molto presto dalla strada provenivano forti rumori, probabilmente operai, peccato.

Molto soddisfatti

Pro: La proprietaria è stata molto gentile sin dal primo incontro. Ci siamo incontrati al molo e ci ha accompagnato fino all'alloggio illustrandoci quello che potevamo vedere e fare durante i 3 giorni di permanenza a Venezia. Quando siamo andati via, pensando di aver lasciato i documenti in casa, l'abbiamo richiamata ed è stata molto disponibile a ritornare ad aprirci la porta d'ingresso per controllare nell'appartamento. Signora super gentile e appartamento consigliatissimo per la sua pulizia, ubicazione e tranquillità.

Wonderful apartment, location and host

Pro: Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment; excellent, central location; Clara is a wonderful, friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and were very grateful for such a fantastic accommodation.

Contro: Absolutely nothing to complain about

A very warm and homely atmosphere with exceptional personal touch from the hostess.

Pro: The property itself was so central, within easy walking distance of Rialto and St Marks square. The best thing about this place was the astounding hostess Carla. Every little attention to detail was given with awesome tips. Communication was excellent at all stages including during our stay. My wife’s suitcase was delayed by 2 days and Carla even waited in the apartment when it was delivered. This is above and beyond what is reasonably expected. A thorough pleasure to deal with. This is a true gem right in the heart of Venice. We will almost certainly be back!

Contro: Having to leave! ;-)

Pro: Our host, Carla, was so wonderful! She gave very detailed notes on how to reach the flat from the train station and met us in the square near the flat to take us to the flat. She also sent me a whole list of information with places to eat and things to do and responded to all my questions. The flat was lovely and spacious, clean and quiet. The location was great! Carla also provided us with some snacks, which was a real treat. She also surprised us with a cot for our little one, which was so lovely of her. Just a note to say that the flat is on the first floor (up one flight of stairs) and there is no lift.

Contro: Unfortunately the washing machine was out of order but it was not essential for our stay.

Great choice

Pro: Great location, central and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and organized apartment. Carla was very helpful before and during our trip to respond to all our questions about Venice. When asked for a cot for our baby, she bought one just for us and even got him some children books.

I absolutely recommand this place

Pro: It was fantastic ! And so confortable to have everything in the kitchen plus goodies and snacks and tea !!! Good heating and so close to everything ! We shall keep great memories of our stay

Pro: Really beautifully equipped apartment - the host has an eye for drtails (keep in mind this is related to price/performance. It is a guest apartment for up to 4 persons not a 5 star hotel). Really carting and personally involved host - carla. Central position next to a square with restaurants and bars. Short walk to main square Marco. For Venice appratments: restaurated bathroom. Minor topic with water supply (dropping water). Everything else available in the apartment. If not carla would be there. Be we did not use it. Overall really good apartment:)

Cala was more than helpful.

Pro: Very neat and well decorated. A pleasure to stay at.

Contro: Washing machine out of order.
