Ottima location per visitare Venezia e dintorni.

Pro: La posizione è defilata ma comoda per andare verso Murano e Burano. Anche muovendosi a piedi in 20 minuti si arriva a san Marco, Vicino all'host c'e' la coop ed è possibile fare la spesa. Molto carino nell'appartamento un angolino defilato con tavolino e finestra verso San Marco. L'arredamento dell'appartamento è molto curato con numerose luci che rendono l'atmosfera accogliente.

Contro: La disposizione dei letti non permette di avere una vera privacy, è un openspace con una libreria che divide due parti della stanza, una zona letto, l'altra zona giorno o zona per altro letto matrimoniale a scomparsa.

Ottimo appartamento con stile

Pro: Visito a Venezia ogni tanto e mi piace sempre dormire in sestrieri diversi, perché ognuno ha le sue particolarità. Devo dire però che ritornerei molto volentieri in questo alloggio, perchè non è il classico appartamento da affittare ai turisti senza anima, è probabilmente arredato dai proprietari per loro stessi. Non le solite stampe di Venezia appese al muro, o oggettistica Ikea, siete in un appartamento con un carattere ed un suo stile unico. E' molto luminoso e la vista sui tetti di Venezia è molto gradevole. Ho apprezzato molto una sedia, disposta in un punto rialzato di fronte ad una finestra ... poesia pura. Eravamo due adulti e due bambine. Nell'appartamento sono presenti un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo, ma è anche presente anche un ulteriore letto matrimoniale \

Contro: Personalmente nulla. Potrebbe essere difficoltoso per chi ha difficoltà a deambulare raggiungere l'appartamento, per via delle scale ripide e delle varie porte da aprire. Probabilmente le scale sarebbero un problema anche per una persona noiosa che non ama la vita... potrebbe sbuffare nel trasportare la sua pesantissima esistenza.

Stupendo

Pro: L'appartamento è molto bello, curato nei dettagli e molto tranquillo. L'atmosfera è molto piacevole come appare già dalle foto. Il letto è molto grande e comodo, la biancheria profuma di pulito e ogni cosa è bella, i piatti, le lampade e tutte le decorazioni. L'appartamento ha un buon riscaldamento (gennaio) e siamo stati molto bene.

Pro: bellissimo appartamento con soffitto con travi a vista e arredato con gusto. ottima la posizione proprio dietro all'imbarcadero dei traghetti per le isole e in generale in zona molto autentica di venezia. Cucina molto ben fornita, bellissima la vista sui tetti di venezia,

Contro: in generale, come scritto in altre recensioni, da valutare con attenzione se si ha mobilità ridotta o si viaggia con bambini perchè ci sono molto rampe di scale e l'ultima molto ripida. inoltre spesso si sente cattivo odore in bagno

Comfortable Loft, quiet area

Pro: This is our second stay at the unique Coral Loft, and it was as expected. The location is excellent with easy walk to all main attractions, some nice resturants close by, and the Vaporetto to all areas including the airport, at our doorstep. Comfortable firm bed, fully functional kitchen, nice spacious living space, walk in robe to put suitcase and clothes out of the way, and quiet area at night. Beware if you struggle with stairs, as there are several flights to climb and no lift, this accommodation is not suitable for elderly or disabled people.

Contro: The shower is not really working very well, it takes quite a few minutes for the hot water to come up and the overhead shower pressure is non existent, just a sparce dribble. Therefore, you must use the handheld shower head, which is small, awkward, & difficult to wash hair properly. We just pretended we were camping! There is no washing machine, and no initial tea or coffee offered, although previous guests do leave some items behind for others, so you may get lucky! There is a Coop supermarket nearby, though.

Amazing and comfortable apartment stay

Pro: Thank you for a brilliant stay at Coral Loft. The apartment was perfect for my stay in January and I enjoyed spending some down time here. It is beautifully furnished and homely, and has a lot of character being in the attic with views over the rooftops of Venice. It is also 3 mins walk from F'te Nove (vaporetto stop / Alilaguna water transport from airport), so very conveniently located. The apartment itself was spacious and open plan. I would love to stay again some day! There are a lot of doors and steps to get to the apartment (as it is on the top floor - not suitable for those with restricted mobility), Chiara sent really clear instructions and photos on WhatsApp of how to get in - grazie!

Cozy and beautiful and away from the touristy chaos

Pro: The flat, which is located at the top floor of a typical old Venetian building is cozy and beautifully furnished. It’s got everything for a few days in Venice. Located in Cannaregio just by Fondamenta Nove ferry stop, is away from the touristy chaos but still allow you to walk everywhere.

Contro: Being at the top floor lots of stairs to do with luggage so perhaps not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. We had an issue with the hot water the first day but it was promptly solved.

Stunning appartment in Venice

Pro: The location is amazing and the flat was really stunning. It was perfect to complement our stay in Venice !

Pro: Perfect location: super accessible, but not too central and therefore removed from the tourist madness. There are a couple of excellent restaurants, just a few minutes away if you don't feel like going back to the centre. Wonderful view over the Venice roofs. Great use of space!
