San Marco Prestige with Terrace by Wonderful Italy

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto per Venezia

Pro: Ottima posizione, a 5min dal Ponte di Rialto e da piazza San Marco. Molto spaziosa e molto comodo il check-in con codice numerico, che consente quindi flessibilità in arrivo.

Contro: Un pò scomodo il terzo piano senza ascensore, soprattutto con i bagagli. In casa non era presente neanche la classica bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia.

Cambio appartamento da parte della struttura che gestisce.

Pro: Il giorno prima di partire sono stata contattata dall'ufficio prenotazioni dell'appartamento dicendomi che l'appartamento prenotato non era disponibile a causa di infiltrazioni. Mi hanno proposto due alternative senza eventuali maggiorazioni di prezzo: noi abbiamo scelto un appartamento a 10 minuti di distanza dall'originale, in zona Castello, Campo Santa Marina. Abbiamo soggiornato, quindi, in un altro appartamento rispetto a questo sopracitato. Siamo stati comunque soddisfatti dell'esperienza!

Ho passato un bel compleanno

Pro: Posizione ottima e assistenza in piccoli intoppi durante la permanenza

Contro: Il bagno in camera non molto riservato per mancanza di una separazione

Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento molto bello, spazioso e pulito.

Contro: Mancava una presa per accendere la bajour del comodino. Un po' scomode e ripide le scale per arrivare all'ingresso, avendo i bagagli, ma il palazzo è storico quindi ci sta. Il resto nulla da dire.

Pro: Location was amazing, felt light and airy. Plenty of space

Contro: No doors on the en-suite, some of the fittings in the bathrooms need renewing.

Very specious and nice view

Pro: Very specious two rooms, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, perfect for more people in the city center :) Nice view on streets, very close to Rialto and S. Marco square

Pro: The location is perfect!! All the arrival details have been provided in a timely and accurate way!

Lovely apartment but in need of TLC!! Be aware of the Stairs!

Pro: This apartment is right in the centre of Venice only a stones throw from Rialto Bridge which makes it perfect for sightseeing. The apartment is spacious and airy with its own terrace so is great for two couples to stay in.

Contro: Of note there is 5 narrow staircases to go up to this apartment and no lift. We were not aware of this and with our stay in Venice being part of a longer holiday, it was extremely difficult to get our 23kg bags up all the flight of stairs. We had elderly parents with us who struggled. It would have been nice to know this in advance as we would not have booked this apartment due to all the stairs. Although the apartment is big and spacious it was lacking some simple amenities like a kettle. The apartment was in need of some TLC and unfortunately one of the beds was damaged and had a broken bed frame. Both beds were in dire need of new mattresses also. With some TLC, repairs and added amenities this apartment could be amaxing!

Great central apartment easy access good communication

Pro: Lovely clean flat with perfect location as it wasn’t too hard to find. The communication from staff was good. The flat is worth booking as it is definitely got everything you need .

Contro: WiFi needs to be better maybe another router as it kept cutting out and didn’t always work in bedroom. Main room bed not great on back, maybe new mattress. Other then that can’t fault the property

2 level, 2Bed 2Bath apartment in Venice.

Pro: The apartment was very large and spacious for Venice. Great space for a family to stay in. Entire apartment was very clean including the floors. The terrace was a great inclusion which you don’t often see.

Contro: THE STAIRS! They are not for the faint hearted. There are many stairs and they are very steep so beware when taking luggage up and down, it’s a great work out though. The air conditioning did not reach one of the bedrooms so it was very hot in one room. The wifi was slow and also did not reach the other end of the apartment where the bedrooms are so devices and tv couldn’t connect to streaming services, the tv in the living room (which was next to the wifi modem) didn’t have the capabilities to connect to the internet as it was an older unit, would have been great if these were switched.
