Stunning apartment with an excellent location.

Pro: Stunning two bedroom apartment perfect for a family of four. It had all the amenities we needed and the washing machine was a welcome addition. Location was fantastic with only a few minutes walk to many attractions. Francesco’s communication was exemplary and timely. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the host was so responsive and provided lots of great information. The apartment is beautiful!

Luxury stay in Venice

Pro: Perfect location @ 5 minutes walk to St Marks Square but in a very quiet location by the canal Beautiful home with balcony overlooking the canal. Lots of gondolas going past on the canal which was stunning Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable Air conditioning fabulous, cooking facilities, amazing bathroom and shower, Francesco met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information and was very helpful and friendly plus we were able to check in earlier

Pro: Amazing place. Francesco meet guests at the desired place and was very welcoming. Also there was a request to have the iron and wine glasses at the property and everything was perfectly satisfied!

Beautiful accomodation in fantastic location

Pro: Fabulous Location! Nice and quiet right on the Canal but yet right around the corner from a mini supermarket and heaps of restuarants. The accomodation is very modern and clean with everything you could need. Lovely to have complimentary water & brioche when we arrived. Our host was marvelous and send me a message to check in to see we had everything we needed and to make sure we were ok. Looking forward to planning our next trip to Venice and would book here again for sure!

Contro: Nothing! Just a side note for anyone booking - the stairs are quite steep

Pro: The property was in a great location, just a short walk to all of the main attractions and the apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Francesco was extremely helpful with providing directions and advice regarding transportation.

Great location and helpful host. You will need mosquito repellent !

Pro: Location and style. Spacious bedrooms and very clean. Plenty of hot water. Owner was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Coffee and brioche provided were much appreciated.

Contro: Shower could have been more powerful and the beds were a bit hard. There were no plates or glasses available.The people upstairs were very noisy but that wasn’t the owner’s fault.
