A 2 passi da Basilica dei Frari

Pro: posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e a locali dove si mangia bene oltre che al centro. Agente super disponibile e appartamento dotato di ogni comfort.

Contro: odore di umido e un po' di muffa (immagino sia normale in un appartamento al piano terra a Venezia). qualche zanzara di notte se si lasciano aperte le finestre (non ci sono zanzariere). bagno un po' scomodo (doccia a pavimento con tende laterali, gestione degli spazi particolare) ma va benissimo per passare solo qualche notte a Venezia.

Contro: La doccia è un po' scomoda, non essendo propriamente delimitata si deve stare attenti per non bagnare tutto... Tuttavia non è niente di problematico! decisamente superabile.

Vacanza in famiglia

Pro: La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a piedi da piazzale Roma e dalla stazione, comoda per visitare tutta la città. La proprietaria è gentilissima. L'appartamento è accogliente e c'è tutto il necessario.

Contro: Seppur ne fossimo al corrente dalle foto e dalle recensioni, abbiamo constatato il disagio della doccia direttamente sul pavimento

Pro: Excellent communication from booking. Stefania was very friendly and helpful. Excellent first impression! Flat was warm and very well cleaned on arrival. Well equipped kinchen with all someone might need. Bed good size and very comfy. Overall great!

Nice

Pro: The communication of the staff was very nice - a lot of details were sent to us a week before the arrival and it felt great. Probably the most communication that I ever had with the host. There were all the necessities- the stove, fridge, shampoos, toilet paper, towels, even hair dryer. Location is not bad either - 15-20 mins to all the attractions, there were cafes and canals nearby, so quite comfortable and pretty in the area. Everything was very clean and prepared, so in general a very nice stay, thank you.

Contro: It could use a bit of renovation - floors were quite cold, and in general there were a lot of heaters provided but they had to work most of time otherwise it was getting quite chilly. The electric plug was popping out of the wall, the paint in some places had some stains and cracks. Nothing to really bother you, but still visible.

Fabulous location, comfortable, quiet… would recommend and return

Pro: Central location, 10 mins from the train station. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is modern, has a comfortable bed and is very clean. Good WiFi. Excellent restaurant few steps away, we had breakfast here every day and dinner once. Working air con. Would definitely recommend and rebook. Good communication from staff, regarding arrival and key. Contro: The shower hose kept falling off its stand… but that’s very minor and only thing to fault.

Great location for daily travelers spending time sighseeing, using place for rest mainly.

Pro: Great location - close to Piazzale Roma (10min walking distance), 7 min from vaporetto S.Toma station, surrounded by small cafeterias and restaurants, still quiet after 22. Kitchen equipped - fridge, dishes etc. Bathroom was quite surprising - traditional Italian style where shower is in the middle between sink and toilet separated with plastic curtains. 1 bedroom - double bed very comfortable. Kitchen had extra bed - 1 person would be comfortable, more would not leave any space in the kitchen. Air condition in both rooms was very helpful.

Pro: A well appointed one bedroom apartment in the heart of Venice. Within walking distance to all the points of interest. Nice & clean, the apartment was very comfortable. Great communication from the host and self check in & out was easy.

Pro: Great location - well equipped apartment. It was in IKEA style, so no surprises.
